Hey guys,

I was just wondering how it works when you play Netent and MG slots at different casinos.
As they have to give a certain RTP over time I was wondering how this works.

For example,if I had a good win like 1000x bet in casino A on any Netent or MG slot I would be reluctant to play it again in the same casino as the next sessions probably will be terrible due to my good win previously.Or am I already wrong here?

So if I would go to casino B and play that very same slot again would Netent or MG recognise my IP and include my winnings from previous session in casino A and add this into my session?

I hope you guys know what I mean.

I try to say, would it be helpfull to keep track of good winnings on certain slots in certain casinos and then try them in a different casino?

Still newbish in MG and Netent slots so just try to figure out how these work.

Thanks guys,

Mark.

Hi lotusch,

The RTP is on the game itself, not individual players.

If you win £10k off one spin on a particular slot at 32Red. You have exactly the same chance of winning £10k on the same slot the next spin at 32Red, or Dash, or Nedplay or any other MG.

I know this goes against a lot of players mindsets, including my own, but this is how it works AFAIK!

In short: If it's random then it's random, regardless of where you play it and what wins/losses came beforehand. These slots don't compensate to "meet" their RTP, the RTP is a result of the paytable. Individual casinos do not (AFAIK) have their own servers/RTPs, all results are drawn directly from MGS/Netent. Hope that helps :)

It is very weird this. When you hit a big win it always seems like the slot - wherever it is - goes into grab-back mode. It must be psychological if everything is truly random but nonetheless, even as someone who belives the random thing, I still either lower my bet or walk away after a big win on a game.

I still either lower my bet or walk away after a big win on a game.

I never leave right away and just a couple of weeks ago I had three big winnings within maybe 200 spins. I don't know what a cold game is, more than the fact that it's boring to play ;)

Thanks for your replies guys.
But for example on 243 line slots like Playboy I had a good run of free spins a while ago at a certain casino.
As the game always starts where you left it I assume to balance the average spins it takes to get a feature triggered I am just affraid it will now take like forever to get free spins again, does that makes sense?

On the other hand I had a terrible bad run on TFROL last week with 0 free spins in about 1k spins but next day I played I got them like 5 times in like 150 spins,so it must balance out a some stage.

Bear in mind the big wins are quite rare, so your chances of another one soon after are very slim - that's the odds/paytable for you, nothing suspicious. Also, your balance has a big boost after a big hit, so psychologically you will remember it declining at what appears to be a fast rate afterwards because of the natural variance in the gameplay. The freespins do occur in clusters, and I've noticed the same - a drought of freespins followed by a glut later on. Imagine the tedium if we took kktmd's figures whereby the long term average of freespin frequency is one in every 160 spins for example, 5 9's every 50 spins and so-on and the slot did exactly that. There would be no excitement, no variance and no chance of a profitable session.

I do agree that if I have a big hit, I leave the slot soon afterwards to avoid the effects of the variance n the short-term. Doesn't mean I wouldn't have carried on winning, but experience tells me as Simmo infers that you seldom do.

One thing I can say is, it is definitely hard to win big twice in a row (meaning a big win before depleting your original win). Unless your extremely lucky then a majority of the times you will lose your money due to the in-built house edge. From my personal experience, practically every time I've won a substantial amount I've managed to lose not only the winnings but more before I was able to get another decent win. For a few players it will probably be different but for many I'm guessing it's similar.

I dont play much anymore. I've been feeding MG my loose change (mostly $10 with bonus) as MG has put me on a loosing streak for much longer than i care to remember...

I can say from experience though whenever I did win anything everything was hitting, i couldnt go on a game and not win. Having said that the slots took many deposits before a good session. I just got bored of waiting. IMO with MG it's either all or nothing so stay on the slot some more spins before you get off.

Actually yeah, there are times when you just "feel" like a game is on a streak. I get that with Thunderstruck so I often stick around but it might be at a lower bet-size.
