Neteller Slow and None Responsive

Anyone else having problems connecting to neteller ? Been slow and none responsive past few days and today no connection. Spoke to support they say they running upgrades (yesterday morning) and have no time scale when it will be back up :eek2: ?

The website is terribly slow here too, took almost 5 min. before I could get in, but I finally did.
Also made a deposit at 32RED this morning, that went through without a problem or delay.
Maybe I was just lucky, or is it only the website?
 
I have seen delays with deposits as well. I tried to deposit at Sloto'cash and it seemed to phukk up..I tried again and the same result.

I left cashier and both deposits was credited.:what:

This is the first time I have noticed slow behaviour with neteller and I have used it pretty much over the last 11 months.
 
Well got an email saying service restored and checked the neteller twitter that also said service restored. Apart from the fact its not as the page is yet again down. Almost 3 days now, such a joke how long can it take to fix a tech problem. Thats the problem with neteller when they do offline they take forever to fix the damn issue :mad: usless!
 
Slow

Slow, and I HAVE experienced a couple of rejected deposits recently, although none of the cock-ups where the money goes from Neteller, but fails to make it to the casino. Logins to Neteller have been very slow too, but I have eventually managed to get in.

It seems it's mostly the website, but occasionally there is a timeout, and a casino rejects a deposit because Neteller's server has not responded.

I always check my Neteller before trying again when this happens, because I remember the bad old days of money leaving Neteller and ending up in limbo, and simply trying again only makes things worse.
 
Just tried to deposit a little at Gnuf, but no succes.
Tried a few times. Deposit unsuccesful.:mad:

Guess I was lucky getting some into 32RED today, its going to be a cheap night.

The Neteller website is also down now, right after the mail (I also got it) that everything is back up again, lol.
It shows a girl with a broken record. :(

We suggest you review the status of your transactions over the last few days. If funds have been deducted from your NETELLER account, the transaction was successfully processed. Please review your merchant account(s) to verify that the funds have been credited.
 
Yes, I got that mssg too yesterday, it was working for a (very short) while, then it went offline again and it still is.:mad:
I cannot use my Net+ card either!
For a worldwide financial service this is totally unacceptable.

Yep and then when I checked twitter/facebook neteller saying yet again the problems have been fixed which they are Not as the site is now down again. Day 3 and counting - I have funds in there I cant access really really usless of them along with all the misinformation they are giving saying the site is back up - which of course it aint
 
Well, at least they are now TELLING US. Before we would just get a failure, and have to contact support to find out what was happening. Maybe this clogged up their lines so much, and so often, that they decided to send out the emails.

I have another from them today, they suffered another problem, but they know what it is, and will send another email telling us they have fixed it,

so,

get ready to jump in for 5 minutes of frantic depositing before it goes down a third time:rolleyes:

At neteller a disgusting support service! Probably them soon liquidate, to use neteller means to risk the money. Moneybookers much better.
