NETELLER Outage Schedule
NETELLER conducts regular scheduled maintenance and enhancements during downtimes to ensure that our system is running at peak performance levels. During these times you will be unable to access the NETELLER website or process transactions through us.
In an effort to minimize the impact these maintenance windows have on you, our VIPs, NETELLER will be providing you with outage information in advance.
The following are the upcoming scheduled outages:
- 11 December 2007 3:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST (10:00 AM GMT to 1:00 PM GMT)
- 8 January 2008 3:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST (10:00 AM GMT to 1:00 PM GMT)
- 15 January 2008 3:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST (10:00 AM GMT to 1:00 PM GMT)
- 19 February 2008 3:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST (10:00 AM GMT to 1:00 PM GMT)
Please note that these schedules are subject to change, Check back regularly for updated outage times.
Now for the first time, we get more than 5 seconds notice (usually when our deposits fail).
These dates follow no pattern, we have another one next week (having "enjoyed" one earlier today), and then a gap till the middle of Febrary.
A very few casinos, such as ladbrokes, give a days notice on their banking screen, which is how I found out about today.
All these are on the "VIP Lounge" area of the newly launched (today) Neteller website, which is just the old one, but different colours. It STILL has no option to download the transaction logs, something that could be very useful as the browsing of past transactions is more and more difficult the further back you go.
