Neteller time outs

A new time out a moment ago , thats makes it 5 missing NETeller deposit out of 16 under 1 week is this only happening to me ?? :eek:
 
How to speed up the process if you get a timeout error

For those that have waited days for Neteller to respond to an e-mail to give you the NT number for a timed out transaction, you can call them and they will give it you immediately over the phone. You still have to give that number to the casino and wait for them to locate the deposit, but at least one half of the equation can be accomplished instantly.

I've had approximately 4 timeouts out of 6 deposits during the last week. Needless to say, even though I'd like to play tonight I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of getting NT#'s and then coax a casino to go ahead and credit it (rather than 'financial dept. will do it tomorrow'). pfffttt...

NETeller usually responds to my request via email within 30 minutes. It's the sometimes long wait on the other 'end' of the transaction for the casino to get around to crediting my account that can be trying. However, I have learned that, for casinos with live chat (if they're not swamped with CS calls), if I go immediately to live chat after a timeout, CS can usually find the wayward deposit and credit it promptly without an NT#.

I was hoping this situation would improve today after NETeller's 'scheduled maintenance'. :rolleyes:

Periodically Neteller really test my nerves and my patience has to be really, really looong. Just for now I have 2 transactions thats havent been credited my casino accounts some work to be done.

The NETELLER Customer Service and Security Departments respond to email inquiries 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. It said on their help page jahhhh...

Usually Neteller CS takes 24-48h to answer my mails, sometimes longer. And just now Im not able to login on my Neteller account . The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request. Just great!!

i don't even think you need patience 99% of the time.

i've done about 100 transactions with them and never even had a glitch. oh shite! that means I'm definately overdue

of course, the squeaky-wheel club here will say otherwise.

Looking forward to hear what you have to say when you have done a couple of thousands transactions or so. These glitches tend to come in clusters especially at MG casinos. May your good luck continue.
 
Well, here I sit...

Deposited... no... tried to deposit at Grand Monaco around 5 PM last evening. Holding my breath and crossing my fingers did no good, the NETeller transaction timed out and did not show up in my casino account (even though the funds left NETeller). I fired up live chat and was told to email the NT# to support. Well, I did that. 24 hrs and no reply from GM support. And no money in my casino account. Soooo... Do I email them again? Or shall I just poke myself in the eye with a stick and be done with it?

Just want to say that I finally received my deposit at Lake Palace casino.
It took several emails and basically I had lost hope but I received an email yesterday appointing a particular person who would look after any problems I have with Grand Prive.

I quickly emailed him and received an answer a short while later and my deposit was credited today. :)

Must say I am pleased with the outcome and will continue to play there.
