Neteller log on problem ?

Have tried to log into Neteller several times in the last two days and am unable to get in...my server also could not log on...sent them emails without reply..anyone else having problems..

No problem at the moment, but in the past I had trouble when my password mysteriously changed case!
e.g. "ABCdef" became "abcDEF" and I definitely did not change it!

I sent them an e-mail at the time & got a pretty quick answer as I recall.
(There's a 'Forgot Account Info?' link on the log-in screen).

After last 2 maintenances I have problems to log in, I manage it at the end but before I get to my account window, I have to click many times to security tip "you are leaving the safe page ....), last clicks I make with right click, because I can't close this window otherwise...

Sounds like it's a routing issue from where you're located to the Neteller website. If that's the case, just keep checking and it should clear itself up.

thanks very much "Winbig" i contacted them by phone and they were very helpful and will get their IT dept to contact me to try and sort out the problem..i thought they might have gone under or something like that..
