Neteller issue, anyone else ?

Anyone else not being able to deposit with Master card into Neteller today ?
Been trying on and off for 7 hours now gets rejected
already sent email to neteller but thos who have contacted them knows it might take from an hour to 2 days for a reply :)
itching to play Missus working ekstra, kids in camp on my own and bored stiff :D
oh and i have mowed the lawn, dusted off, done the laundry so all left now is play but no can do :)
 
Had this notice inboxed yesterday ... but current ?
"The NETELLER system will be going offline for a scheduled outage on 31st July 2013 between approximately 00:01 am and 06:00 am UTC."

yeah i knew that but thats 4 days from now :) maybe they are having some cards issues ? :)

What you're going through sucks. I know a bit about this though. NETELLER is really hot on security so if you try to deposit to your account three times and all three times your card gets declined the system blocks you out for 24 hours, which means all the other attempts get auto-declined.

There are tons of reasons why the first three attempts could have failed though, so you do need to speak to support. I know you already sent them an email but the way to get a quick response from NETELLER is to do it through the online form on this page: Outdated URL (Invalid)

When emails go to support through that page, they get picked up from a queue FAST but regular emails aren't in the system straight away so they can take a bit longer. I can think of about 20 reasons for the first three possible declines but the guys in support can look at your account work it out and help you out. They're available 24/7 too so you can email, chat or call them anytime.

Today I am very angry and very stressed out. I have Neteller plastic card, I have asked Westpac to see if i can withdraw excess $1000 as I have it in Neteller, no it is not possible. Only can be done by ATM outside but got rejected. I was very furious. Cos I thought Neteller should keep promise to provide the best service they can but it showing a huge epic failure. I want to be able to move it from Neteller to my Westpac bank account. I can only withdraw max today what? $300! Thats it, it only allow me? What the hell is that? I am very frustrated. I tried find online help, nothing answered my question. Im deaf and I have language problem. I sent sms dad for urgent help but not available cos he's very busy so everyone else are. I have no option. I do not want interpreter cos I want to keep it discreet. I am still livid about that. I will never go with Neteller ever again unless they better pay attention to a major problem. I will force casino to withdraw to my Westpac bank account next time and never will touch Neteller again. It is my decision I have to make because this is too much trouble and very stressful. :mad:

Natho, Neteller have always had withdrawal restriction and transaction restriction per 24hrs/4 days, you can read them here: Outdated URL (Invalid)

Is your account in AUD or USD? You have to take into account the exchange when withdrawing money as well as Neteller fees if its not in AUD.
