    Here we go again. I am really fed up with our dear Gambling Commission!!!! :mad:

    Today i made transfer for neteller and wanted to deposit at Bet365 to but a nice punt on Leicester to win. But kept getting error deposit rejected!! And game started Leicester leading 1-0 (paid 5/1) happy days GRR

    Not only that I am just fed up with Gamblign Commission. As I spoke to neteller VIP got them to phone me.

    They informed that ALL UK Neteller accounts has been FROZEN as we now have to upload suddenly proof of address from within last 3 months showing proof. WTF????

    What is going on this is just a joke. Why suddenly this???? I already given proof of address way back in time. And why suddenly now UKGC wants to have proof for that and freeze all uk neteller accounts? I dont get it. Why was that not introduced years back when they did the casino licenses etc.??

    Oh well just wanted to give you guys heads up if you are from UK. So please beware of this as you wont be able to make any deposits anywhere until you have sent or uploaded you proof of address documents.

    If you are not VIP you can expect it to take up to 72 hours which is a pain I know. At least I am SILVER VIP so this helps speeding up she told me over phone hopefully within 24 hours. GREAT yeah there goes my football betting and a nice saturday :mad:

    What makes this funny is that Neteller did not warn me or send any info, Not until i logged into my account AFTER my phone conversation then suddenly this was showing!

    Not until you make a transfer to somewhere mate :)

    She informed me over phone all uk accounts are invisible frozen. Only when you try make a transfer to a UK casino or UK bookie it will happen

    Tried my mastercard neteller as well and my virtual prepaid card. I get this message at Bet365.

    Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, this card cannot be used to make deposits to online gaming companies


    A joke still nothing from neteller and cant get through to their livechat support VIP. What is VIP for then? I am thinking just stop using Neteller for good now. All these problems what is it even worth anymore. When you can get almost next day transfer to bank account from best casinos :mad:

    I checked my account after seeing this post.
    Nothing showing, and as i'm waiting for a payment from a VERY slow paying casino (Jackpotland), I uploaded £200 from my bank.
    It was only then that I received an email saying that my account had been frozen.

    why couldn't they have warned me as I was making the transfer ???

    So I've now got £200 sitting in my account, and more on the way (if and when Jackpotland pay up), none of which I can use :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    update:
    My account was validated while I was writing this post. So it only took about 10 minutes, although i am a vip, so i don't know if it'll be as quick for everyone

    It is absolute bollocks - I have also had a go at them.

    They do not bother to tell you until you add funds at which point they freeze your account instantly until they get what they want.

    I have had my account for years, and have to go through all this again

    Oh man that just sucks. I went on livechat etc. And they have now escalated it. They have now promised me it will be fixed within 1 hour. I wont hold my breath.

    Ps info for you if u send ur document to This email is not visible to you. instead of the internal account upload then it will be dealt with much quicker.

    I was told if u upload document inside account which it asks for then document is locked pending for 1-3 business days .....another great vip service there from neteller LOL :rolleyes:

    My advice is to persist with them if they do it.

    I was told on live chat this morning they could not help me and that it would take 1-3 days.

    VIP support then told me it would be quicker if I email them. It still took hours so I had a massive go at live chat and they did it instantly, so they CAN do it, they just cba..

    Im a vip bronze only. I had about 37000 points now I have about 3000 only. They stole them because they expire after sometime!!!

    I cant use them on anything, silly giftcards for sweets, watches etc. $ 25 in cash cost about 40000 I think.

    Im so feed up with them that I dont use them anymore.

    Nice of Neteller to warn us - NOT!!

    I have just made a £200 deposit into 32Red, so I may have inadvertently triggered this.

    In the past I have been asked to re-verify my Neteller account, and a while back got a rather odd request to state the bleedin' obvious, that I use Neteller for casinos:confused: EVERY TIME I replied with an answer to these additional questions they told me they never received it, yet they received my documents just fine the first time. I gave my VIP host a right grilling, including a mention of Data Protection laws related to the repeated losing of my email replies in answer to their question despite them being sent to the same email address as used to successfully send them my documents. They replied that they would trouble me no further, and haven't since.

    However, it seems that something is driving this reverification, and it may well be down to the UKGC, but it seems odd that they would attempt to verify every single UK account over the WEEKEND, and the SAME weekend for them all. This is guaranteed to cause chaos.

    I am wondering whether they are not being honest about this being a sudden blanket reverification of every UK account over this weekend, but rather something that has been set up to trigger the "invisible lock" to spring under a specific set of circumstances. Maybe it's the funding of a Neteller account from an external source that triggers the lock, which is why it's happening when players load funds into Neteller, and find it locked when they try to use those funds at the casino. This would at least enable them to spread the load rather than being inundated with verifications over this weekend.

    I have not loaded funds into my Neteller for a while, so maybe this experience is awaiting me at a future date.

    What I sent them before is about a year old, and it included a utility bill.

    It may not be just Neteller.

    My bank (Barclays) has just blocked a deposit to NextCasino. The 'verified by Visa' window gave me a number to call.

    I called the number, only to be to told by a recorded message that they were 'experiencing a large volume of calls at the moment' and that waiting time was aproximatly 20 minutes :eek::eek:
