NETeller Deposit Problems Bella Vegas, Jupiter Club Etc.

Apparently this group has lowered their betting limits for -all- players.
Is anyone still able to play $5 Video Poker at any of their Casinos? -This is not really giving me a great impression...?

they are now playing this stupid trick on credit cards, i played last night but coulnt deposit via neteller as expected, so used my credit card, only for it to be rejected. ive contacted my credit card provider and they have confirmed to me that no request for funds was made to my CC last night, i.e. it was the software that rejecetd my card not my CC company.

We have experienced a problem processing your transaction.
Please try again later or contact our customer support desk

I'm sick of that message! The small NETeller deposit I managed to get processed through at Jupiter last week was a fluke. I cannot deposit at either Jupiter or Bella. I have begun receiving their promo emails again. I made a deposit at Lake Palace a couple of weeks ago, but now cannot get a deposit to go through. I can still deposit at Casino Grand Bay.

The banking software is the key to the problem. The deposit never gets past the casino software. NETeller sees no attempted transaction on their end.

I've been a regular depositor at this casino group for 2 years. I've always been fairly well pleased with their customer service. However, I'm dogging this problem more out of bull headedness than loyalty. It's quite a puzzle. If it's deliberate, just tell me 'Shoo! Go away! We don't want your action.' If it's truly a technical problem, then they need a new technical staff as this is a problem (in its various mutations) which has gone on for months.

I'm still experiencing the same problems. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't deposit by Neteller into Lake Palace, then last week I could. Haven't tried it since.
Opened an account at Grand Bay a couple of days ago and get that same Neteller message - can't deposit there.

I haven't been winning much or receiving bonuses so it can't be that.

I've just read at another forum that this is supposedly a MicroGaming issue. A problem with the software.

But I say again, if this is MG/software problems, why doesn't it crop up at other MG casinos? Why only at Grand Prive?

If someone has a good contact at MicroGaming would you please be so kind as to check with them about this NETeller problem? I'm just a player, maybe someone who is 'inside' the gaming industry can find out more info. Please?

Email that I received Friday night after speaking with a support person on the phone that asked me to take screenshots of the error and send to him...
Thank you for your correspondence, highlighting the problems you are
currently experiencing purchasing with Neteller.

Although we are aware of the problem, we have not yet been able to
establish the cause of it.

Technicians from Casino Grand Bay and all related parties have been
working feverishly to rectify this unfortunate situation.

We are confident that a solution will be forthcoming in the near future.

Just in case there's someone left who cares about this NETeller problem at Grand Prive...

This weekend I was able to make a NETeller deposit at both Bella and Jupiter, for the first time in months. I haven't tried Lake Palace, but I never played there much anyway.

I received no email saying the problem was 'fixed'.

YMMV

Just bumping this thread up because I'd like to know if anyone is still having problems with this.

dewberry are some of the members who indicated that they were having problems. Scollock mentioned he had the problem with his credit card as well.

Some input here would be great - thanks!

I haven't had any more problems depositing with Neteller at Lake Palace or Jupiter Club lately, but when I signed up with Grand Bay, after I thought the problems had been sorted out, I didn't deposit because the Neteller wouldn't work - got the old error message.

Haven't tried it again as I found other casinos that I like better; they are in the Jackpot Factory group.

I was having the same problem in making Neteller deposits as mentioned in the earlier posts. Lately, everything seems to be okay.

I guess I have to eat my words about whether this would get fixed.

Possible Reason

Although now fixed, a separate problem with Neteller that I had with a reputable group turned out to be related to Currency. (Fine for $, continual failure for ).
It would be interesting to know if the previous problems were experienced by players who had chosen to play in GBP instead of the US$, and had nothing to do with bonuses, winning, deposit/bonus ratio etc.
While seemingly fixed, I have seen no information as to what this very tricky problem turned out to be in the end.

The cynic might erroneously think, "New terms banning GBP - No more "Technical issues" with Neteller". I would like to know the real cause of this failure of the MG banking software. MG did issue a fix related to the infinite loop of the loader in early December. This may have included improvements to the banking software to prevent all the problems of funds leaving Neteller and not making it to the casino. I thought that the sheer number of times this kept happening last year was more than just internet connectivity issues.

I haven't been back to Casino Grand Bay in several months. I used to enjoy their promotions but this seemingly selective Netteller dissappearing act coupled with the way in which this was handled just really turned me off.

I'm sorry that I'm no help to you. BTW, I never deposited in foreign currency and always only via Netteller. No credit cards.

I am unable to make deposits through Neteller at Grand Bay and Lake Palace casinos. Support is no help. First , they told me about technical problem on my side, then, after i gave them a link to this thread, it was already their technical problem. Still no solution for me and i am almost sure this is done by casino itself.

Flash

Fallback.

Deposit in the Flash casino, then play in the download. Different communication mechanism, and last time I suggested this, it seemed to work.

If merely a "Technical Problem" they should thank us for finding our own way around it and saving them an immediate problem of not being able to satisfy players need to play. MG can then look again at this issue, which has lasted intermittently for many months.

Maybe the MG "Casino repair" tool will correct this by checking and replacing corrupt files directly from the MG operated upgrade server.

same problem

I've had the same problems at Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune for over 2 weeks now. I get no answers from either of the casino's as to why this is happening and Neteller simply ignores my emails.

It happened to me tonight through both the software and the flash tho I had funds available.

I'd say there's too many having this problem for someone not to be able to pinpoint it. It's frustrating!

Neteller

Neteller support is very poor indeed, they will not even reply to Tex at eCogra!

The only way is to phone Neteller, it is harder for them to ignore you, but they will probably ask you to E-mail PR@neteller.com, who will ignore you on their behalf.
Palace Group have told me that they are having an unusually high volume of E-mails at present.
I was able to use Neteller at Spin Palace early last week with no problems, and this is not a group I would associate with deliberate ploys to disable Neteller.
It looks like neither Neteller nor MG are prepared to admit fault, and will not take the problem on board believing it is the other party that should deal with it.
MG have a stand at ICE-i, and I would hope that some of the attendees will buttonhole them on their stand and press for answers.
Failure in Flash points to a Neteller or Internet problem. Neteller also shut down deliberately for a few hours each week, and no advance notice is given despite these being scheduled up to one month in advance. Also, check your Neteller each time a deposit fails as sometimes the funds will leave Neteller and not make it to the casino.
