Neteller bank withrawals ?

ok so im withdrawing for the first time in 10 years back to my bank,im in 1 of the countries that cant use MC anymore
how long does it take thos days ?
used to take 3 days 10 years ago, now im on 3rd day and it still shows as pending in my Neteller account ?
i may add my bank account at Neteller is fully verified.

3-5 banking days, it shows sometimes still pending even when the dosh is already in your bank account.
