withdrawal is now 9 days pending

Hello, i played on casino. It was the first time i played in this casino. I made diferrent deposites total € 330 euros and i withdrawal 277 euro's on sunday 26-10-2014. The next day i received an email for documents. I send the documents right away but after that it went quite. So i contacted the casino on chat or email when they want to pay out the money but the only answer i get is :
I am sorry for taking so long, it is just the security procedure :) Nothing to worry about though or Please be informed that your withdrawal is currently with our financial department. You will receive confirmation once it has been sent to your account.

What could i do to receive my money?

i played here since before they change there name sent my id and did not have a issue last cashout i got from them took 4 days for skrill this was about 4 months ago.just go to support live chat and just explain that you want to take up more bonus and deposit again but you just have to know that you will get paid
also ask if there's any issue with your id or deposit or cash-out type they do pay but yes they are slow just hit up live chat once a day until they do. theres not much else you can do really as there's no rep here as far as i kknow and they are not accredited here.
