What??? After I PAB'd you for missing/predatory T&C's (which I later rewrote for you and you kindly added to your promo terms) and you wouldn't even pay £80 poxy quid to me despite your action of amending them thus admitting they were wrong/incomplete?

And even more important, how the f*ck could they accredit a site that even in CM's own pages is specifically mentioned for ripping-off iNetBet's logo?

I suggest you do your homework Hoff. It's not the withdrawals that are the issue, well this time. Just reading the CM piece I posted above makes you question the motives and integrity of those behind this operation. And Slots Capital is US-facing where withdrawals often tend to be complex and arduous. Not the best example to pick.

I think a fair few of the accredited casinos have at sometime or another had messy times when it's come to withdrawals whether it's been due to an issue with a processor or other reasons. I also think this casino is more than just it's name and logo...

I do think that maybe it's a little early for NetBet to be considering BBF due to the confusion over the name & logo although considering BBF is also an opportunity for casinos to gather constructive input from the members on this forum then maybe it's just what NetBet needs. I'd like to see this casino go for accreditation

If iNetbet would have a problem with that (maybe they have) then there will probably be a legal case or whatever. Well, fortunately Bryan 'gets' it as you saw.
They cannot 'call it what they want' as William Hill found out with '32vegas' when 32red turned them over in the courts.

As for legal cases iNetBet, if their business could be based in the USA say and so was Netbet (not to be confused with casinos of a similar name) would have stopped this a while ago in the US courts. The reason they haven't (I suggest) is down to jurisdictions. These sites are registered and licensed often in 3rd. world banana republics and cannot get legal redress like two UK or US or Australian businesses could. With this impunity in mind, you would think there would be a gentleman's agreement not to rip-off others in the same situation. There is 99% of the time. Many of those 99% are accredited here too. Which is why the 1%, no matter what bonuses they offer, or cashouts, should never be; it's not the day-to-day operations that are the issue, but the ethos behind the operation.......

thats how it sounds. but afaik there are no charges against them and we don't know if this is actually a problem or not. maybe they have even checked everything in advance?

i just thing its not fair to blame the casino just because it sounds similar to another one. i'm sure the new accredited (and great!) videoslots.com casino is also not the only one using words close to "videoslots" in the gaming world...

I have no idea of the legalities in play here but I do think Netbet and INetbet are not similar they are practically the same. 770 changed the name in 2013 I believe and they could have chosen a more original name. That is all I have to say on the subject.

Just to be clear, they didn't change the name, they became part of a larger group that already HAD the name - there was an italian version and a french version or something like that. Now how long that other company had the name and were operating those other casinos I don't know. I do know that iNetBet has been around for about 15 years so I'm sure they had the name first even so.

Exactly! And if you look up Inetbet the name on the logo is white and red and Netbet is the same white and red. According to Netbet's site they have been around since 2001 and Inetbet was established in 1999 so they were there first.
Getting away from that I do see from this thread that Netbet is working to make their players happy and I hope that continues in the future.

I must say I was pleasantly suprised with Netbet. I had an old account there and decided to check them.

Long story short, withdrawal requested on Sunday, received yesterday. Not bad as for first withdrawal, not bad at all.
No stalling, no BS. I had only good experience.

Just be careful because they do have a history that wasn't so good looking.

Netbet has become my favorite place to play. They seriosly need to go for BBF. They just need a chance. I've had the most luck on Basic Instinct and the sushi game!
