does anyone know if net spends reloadable visas are still working...i finally loaded mine up and went to deposit at pantasia casino and it was declined...any help please

my mistake

i finally realized that every time you do a deposit from your net spend account to a game or casino they charge you $1 so after i had made a deposit into my virtual horse racing stable i didn't know that my net balance was $1 lower then i thought and i was getting denied for lack of funds....the way i found out was when i tried to use it at my sports book it came back insufficent funds which made me check my net spend account..lol...what an idiot
