I think I have done a boo boo (technical name for a mistake!).

I have accounts at places like MRiches, Sapphire Rooms, Kerching, Northern Lights, Chomp, etc and although I don't play there often, just a cheeky few pound once in a while, it has just dawned on me that they are all owned by Nektan and all share the same UKGC licence number.

Shouldn't be a problem as such, but I closed an account or two ages back (just checked and accounts still closed) but have continued playing at casinos within this group. However, surely if there is one closed account within the group on the same licence number, all accounts should be closed? If I tried a withdrawal, would they cite responsible gaming issues and forfeit the money?

Just fired off an e-mail to them asking where I stand on this as am puzzled, but also feel a bit of a wally just handing over cash which may never get paid back if I were to win.

Anyone else had dealings with them?
 
I spoke with one of their managers a while back and you are not allowed more than three accounts across their entire group. If you attempt to register a new account it should block you instantly.

From memory they have two UK call centres, one in Manchester and one in London.

Personally, I would never play at any of their casinos because they have very low cash-ins on bonuses.
 
Just had a reply - not what I was expecting.

All I done was ask a question about their licence number used across all their casinos and what if one account was closed, how would it reflect on the other sites - the result is that they replied saying they couldn't find a SE from me on any of the sites and have now self excluded me across all their sites so all accounts now closed! This was not what I wanted or requested!

Oh well, not a problem and will just stick with Videoslots, Trada, etc who don't give me issues!
 
I also are having the same issue basically excluded from chomp casino then signed up months later to WinZINO aloud to deposit etc then realised .

Sent them an email they said because I'd used a new address that I'd cheated there system .

Well no id just moved house .

I used same name dob etc

But there getting me on ridiculous t and cs

As Nicola said don't take SUBs there because they have low cash-out limits when using one. 2x I believe, some Microgamings have a 6xD cash-out limit too. Aside from the limits on SUBs though they are fine, I have played and withdrawn at 3 of them, which again is the maximum you can join and was paid in about 36 hours.

As for them spotting breaches like having more than 3 accounts or SE issues, it sounds like they do checks which should automatically stop you. BUT don't rely on that, and your account closure may not be relevant UNLESS it was closed for gambling issues/SE. If you closed it for any other reason, you should be OK but check!

Writing from experience - Nektan will ALWAYS make you wait 48hrs during business days before they will consider processing your cashout regardless of VIP status. Ask customer services and they will confirm this as well. So if you take a nice win on a Thursday evening.....you won't get processed until the next Tuesday minimum....plenty of time for you to stew over that reverse button ;-)

With news like that (2 business days pending withdrawals), I am more than happy in not playing there!

Still puzzled why they closed all my accounts because I asked about one closed/locked account there, but no hardship not playing there as many other good casinos on the accredited list who process withdrawals very quickly. As Nicola mentioned, the group do not allow more than 3 open accounts across the group, which is probably why I had one locked account.

Does it really benefit a casino in losing players who don't like the lengthy pending periods compared to keeping the ones who will sometimes reverse a withdrawal?

I "got" a bonus which was deposit £20 play with £100 total on Jackpot Strike . Thing is they added it automatically I didn't claim it at all. I won from 1st spin lol and kept winning ! I was up to a decent bankroll and was 100% sure I'd complete wagering then I thought to check my cashier and it was saying £xxx cash and £80 bonus . So I assume this means because I never lost my real money (£20) that the bonus was not activated ? because all my money would show as bonus balance ,right ? . I put in a withdrawal for the full cash amount and the bonus funds were removed from the balance . Does this sound right ? I rly hope so but there's noone to ask on support because its xmas day ofc

No, the bonus is activated immediately, but the surplus gets removed when wagering is complete.

Depends on the terms - if it says it's automatically credited and you deposit then you are bound by the bonus, unless (as they should) they have a way to opt out on deposit or get it removed.

If it was given (whether you opted in or not) then your deposit is not separate say like it would be at Bet-at so you can w/d if you don't touch bonus and forfeit it when you w/d.

If it was applied then you would have to have it removed BEFORE playing your cash deposit otherwise they would consider it taken whether you touched it or not.

OK, in that case 2 separate balances and as JD said, no need to worry.
 
Money was in skrill on the 2nd working day after I requested my withdrawal . £600 with no KYC requested . Very pleasantly suprised by this :thumbsup:

Yep, which is why I promote them as '24-48' hour casinos because that's the same as I experienced. :thumbsup:

Actually one player has smashed my Nektan account this month put me over 100 quid minus lol....looking at the figures that would indeed correspond with somebody winning 600-odd. ;)

P.S. I don't want to know! If it was you just think of me freezing and busking outside MacDonalds on my broken old acoustic guitar to feed myself into the New Year while you spend your winnings.... :p

Am I allowed to open accounts at other Nektan casinos also ? I already lost a couple hundred back at Northern Lights and PotsOfLuck but then wondered if I'm allowed to open new accounts and take bonus each time ? Tried to read the terms but they are confusing

You are allowed 3 bonuses and 3 accounts I believe - I'm not sure if you can have more than 3 if no bonuses are taken after the first 3.

No it does not matter as you are allowed 85 accounts under the Nektan License, we are under the same licence but yes separate.

AFAIK they also have 21 casinos they operate themselves....so 56 + 21 = 77 ....not far off the 85. :eek:
