Sorry Guys I'm all a bit new to this.....
Could somebody be kind enough to explain what a "chargeback" is exactly????

What is a chargeback?
Well, a @#@%$%$%% chargeback is when someone tells their bank/creditcard provider they did not authorize a transaction and that it should be reversed, or "charged back" to, in this case, the casino. Very very frowned upon here (except for rogues.........who deserve it!
