Needing Help With Blueprint Slots!

Hey everyone!

I'm really in need of some help concerning Blueprint slots and a strange error message that I've been getting
when trying to play in real mode. I get an error message that reads: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (W)

I've contacted the casino and they've contacted Blueprint and Blueprint keeps asking them to tell me to
clear cache and history, open game from main lobby, open in Incognito mode, try opening games on different devices, etc.

I've tried everything and still no luck. Blueprint is the only provider I'm running into this issue with. Every other provider
works without any issues.

I don't get this error message in fun mode, only real play mode. Any help concerning this would be greatly appreciated!

I get internal server errors too on Blueprint games, but only on a couple of casinos. Really quite annoying. In my experience it seems to be Blueprint and SG that are riddled with these types of errors but nothing ever seems to be done about it.

Very much doubt it's anything to do with cache etc. Internal server is casino/provider issue as far as I'm aware.

For sure. We need to get to the bottom of this once and for all. I hope we can get some techies or someone from Blueprint who can shed some light. How is it that the issue is from their end, has been happening for ages and no resolution has been found?

Well I’m personally not that bothered. It happens on a casino I rarely play at and Blueprint is a provider I seldom play. Though I do like a dabble on Fishin’ Frenzy every now and again 😁

I’m fairly sure the provider must have some idea as to what is causing it; they’ve written the error script so it surely narrows it down for them.

Yeah, let's hope! I for one miss playing some Blueprint classics like Genie Megaways and Primal Megaways.

Their games are fun!

Yeah, I reported it to the casino and Blueprint sends useless info back to the casino to relay back to me with no resolution yet...
Weeks now in progress.

I'm surprised this ongoing issue hasn't been solved yet.
