Need to know if Grande Vegas is a good place

I stated playing here and not sure of the support I rec a message in my account saying I had won the Monday Bonus and that they would be mailing me a spail code so far (Tuesday) no Email when i called the support they said my name was not on the list

This casino holds regular live raffles on Wednesdays though there might not be one this week. You just need to be online to stand a chance of getting a $50 freebie even if you havent deposited in the past though your chances are increased if you had deposited a day or two before the live raffle I got ia $50 freebie for the last 2 weeks though wasnt lucky enough to cash out.
 
I read somewhere that some casinos

only allow a player to claim 2 bonus from them per week. Perhaps thats what they meant? and on another site I've read, bonuses cant be claimed continously in a row or something along those lines.


Well, I tried to redeem it, as I am a depositing player. It didn't work in the cashier. Here are the details of my short and sweet chat:

Monelle: Hello and welcome to our live chat service. How may I help you today?
me: Hi
me: I received a coupon " GVOCEAN"
me: It is not working for me and I am a depositing player
Monelle: please hold
me: sure
me: am sorry but your account does not qualify to redeem this bonus
me: Why?
Monelle: you have been excluded from redeeming further bonuses are your account is over the bonus quota
me: I have only lost money here. How can I be a problem player?
Monelle: that is the decision I will not be able to change it at this time
Monelle: I will forward your account for review
me: Just close the damn account!
Monelle: ok no problem
me: This is the same kind of stuff that is running off players
me: We try to be loyal and all we do is get jacked around
Monelle: your account is now closed
me: Thank you. Have a nice day.

And this is an accredited casino. I never took anything more than their advertised bonuses. Bonus quota? What in the hell is that?
It really gets frustrating the way these casinos treat us sometimes, like they don't value our business.
 
Ya think thats bad...

I've just made a cashout from Euro palace and they said Im looking at 7 -10 days. Something Im seriously not used to. My main casinos, cashout is usually 3 days max

um anybody cashout from here recently? I mean after they were bought by jackpot capital.

I remember reading somewhere it takes a long time to get a cashout from gv, but is it still like that? I have a pending cashout and received an email saying the earliest it will be processed is 7 days?!
 
Fo the past year I have been depositing weekly at GV and claimed most of their deposit bonuses.There were some ND bonuses but I think I didnt claim any back-to back. The deposit bonuses come with a high playthrough ie 30x(d+b) whereas some of them are as high as 60(d+b). Playthru for free chips is 60x btw. With this sort of wr its highly likely you will bust before meeting wrs but since they tell you upfront I find nothing wrong with it.

@SCOTTY00: generally speaking it's better to start a new thread unless your new posts are _directly_ related to the old stuff. When you resurrect an old thread it's called "necro"-ing and it's usually not a great idea. No biggie, something to remember for next time.

never was able to deposit and been feeling a bit guilty. Just found out why
they would'nt accept my credit card deposits just a moment ago. Very surprised
and not happy. Had been assuming it was a "u.s" issue. Am at the moment waiting for a reply.
