Need help with Videoslots - delayed payment 6 weeks

Videoslots suddenly said my account needed verifing even though it had been fine for years.

Everything is fine apart from my proof of income I have given them my tax return like they asked for, and they just keep saying its not the right one (I know it is as my account got it for me from the offical HMCR portal). I have read lots about them doing this to people and hoping people will give up, but I have over £1000 in winnings.

This has been going on for nearly 6 weeks, the customer support chat says ok they are looking into it and then I get email saying its not the right document, so back on to the chat and repeats like this.

Evening, I've been waiting for Videoslots to provide a means to withdraw $2000 in winnings (all documents verfied and approved) because they claim that the card that I used to deposit isn't able to accept return or refund payments. My HSBC branch begs to differ. Anyway, two weeks later, they claim that a bank wire transfer function will be added as an alternative function in my profile. Almost had another birthday from waiting so long. The current explanation is that it is taking a while for the developers to add the function. Sounds sus to me as it shouldn't take almost two weeks. Not giving up, but I am losing faith.

I feel your pain, they are doing the same with me, they don’t read previous chats and just keep saying the same thing about my tax return not being official even though it is! The more and more I read up about them this common practice by them and drag it out hoping that the customer will give in, but I won’t as like you I have a large amount in winnings. Well they only have 4 days left where they haven’t reached a resolution in 8 weeks (in there T&Cs) and I will have to involve the Gambling Commission!
 
im sure you can go on videoslots and close the account yourself,i had the same problem a few years ago with betvictor they wanted SOW/SOF and i was only depositing very small amounts,anyway i won and closed my account after i made the withdrawl,money was in my account after 5 days
