Need help with Ladyhammer!

Hi! Is there any active rep for Ladyhammer-Casino? Would appreciate someone being able to help me with the following issue:

- Last week there was a promo running offering freespins (in my case 50x 1.5€) depending on how many status-points you collect between 23.04 - 29.04.

- Status points are earned at a rate of 1 point for 20€ wagered

- Problem is, that i did not get credited status-points even though i wagered around 11000€ -> which should be roughly 550 status points

- This wagering is easy to prove by looking at the "Fight Club Tournament"-Leaderboard, showing me with over 11000 tournament-points and reading the tournament-terms: "€1 of real money bets will grant you 1 point in the tournament. If your bet is less than €1, you will get the proportional amount of points."


Trying to explain this issue and get it solved via live-chat and vip-manager did not get me anywhere...

That’s odd. Vip manager « Romina » is one of the nicest person I have ever talked to. The only thing you have to do at ladyhammer to always have an attentive ear is to be polite with the staff even when the chat agents are not helping. I would recommmend to never particiapte in such promos though, especially when making a simple calculation leaving you with an expected value of -550 on a 95% slot. Then getting denied 50 bonus with 50x wager when issuing those spins will once again leave you at zero very soon. Ladyhammer will let you cashout the 50 max win on spins also. But it seems not honoring promises is ok now. Unless you do a pab.
Ask for Romina.

Quick update: Just received email-notification from Ladyhammercasino about 75 freespins (1.5€ each) being credited to my account. :)

This number of spins / bet-value would indicate me earning 750+ status-points, which are sadly nowhere to see in my account... But nonetheless - Round 1 won! Clear the ring for Round 2.... ;-)

I can confirm that my issue (rather complicated) got resolved very quickly and satisfactory after N1 Casino got involved... :thumbsup:

I also want to mention that a kinda ambiguous / contradictory part of the bonus T&Cs got re-worded as i suggested during communication with the Rep & VIP-Manager in a matter of minutes... :lolup:

I would call that "listening to your customers" - which is something i am missing all too often lately at a lot of casinos!
