Hey guy,
I've been trying to get in decent contact with Casumo for a week or so. They accepted all my information, but all of the sudden they ask for 'proof of regular income'. I send all the documents they want, first time denied - no clear explaination. Second time, send even more documents denied again, again no explaination, third time, you guessed it, denied again. Whenever I contant their so called 'live chat, in which i've always been very polite in the 2 years+ i've been playing there, I get a response in like 24 hours. Which in my opinion is insane, that's not a live chat, innit?
So, i'm still waiting for my 2.2k withdrawl, i'm lost in which documents they exactly want, I get no support from them whatsover. I hope one of you guys can help me out on this one.
