Did you PM Renee first?

Did your girlfriend ever play using your computer? I'm thinking the answer is yes, and if you have casino rewards accounts, this may be the reason they closed her account. Most casinos only allow 1 account per computer/house etc.

no its not one household she is my neighbor have her own pc and in this house lives -7 familys

Why is your "girlfriend" not posting?

If she has 7 families in her house who all have access to a computer then I'm almost certain she has been denied because someone else in her house took that bonus too.

Look for casino rewards in the I-Gaming Reps section in the tabs above.

You were economical with the truth in your last complaint so I hope you're being honest here.

I also agree there is something a little bit fishy about this story, but I wont jump to conclusions - I'm sure it will come out in the wash...

I frequently receive CDs by snail mail for CR Casinos I already have accounts at. Even a very small deposit (I played one that was $1 recently) establishes a deposit method and helps with ID checking.

It may be a case of a duplicate account when the player thought it was a personalized offer, but was one for new players only.

As I understand it the casino has flagged this as a case of multiple accounts and closed them accordingly. As such it's not a Renee issue it's a Risk Management issue.

If you wish to contest the account closures -- presumably there are two of you and you've fallen afoul of the "one IP per player" rule -- then you'll need to contact the casino people and do what you can to get that cleared up. Complaining about Renee is pretty much missing the point.
