Need assistance with Click2pay FAST!!!

I just tried to open an account with them, gave them my social security number, bank account information, etc....they sent me a link to activate my account and it said cannot be activated.....

I call them up, and the man says all I can tell you is your account cannot be activated.

WTF???

Now they have ALL MY INFORMATION!!!!

What do I do now?

HELP!!!

I use Click2Pay without any problems. What may be happening here is that your bank has a block on your account for Click2Pay. On a personal note, my bank, Wachovia, has done that for Neteller , which of course, bars me from using that service. I suspect the bank is the problem here but that's only a guess .

I hope you get things resolved soon :>)

I've been using Click2Pay for about two months with no real complaints until now. Their customer service is horrible. I had the unfortunate problem of making a deposit to a casino and the transaction timed out. The money was debited fom the CC but subsequently vanished. The transaction finally posted to my CC but conveying this info. to C2P has been nothing but a hassle. They dont respond to emails as of yet and when I finally got through on the phone they told me to email them the info. Go figure. Hopefully I can tell you this is resolved very soon. Instadebit on the other hand has been very good with their customer service. They offer live chat (unlike C2P) and they respond within 24 hours to emails. They also emailed a site I complained about becasue they put a 6 day hold on instadebit deposits and questioned this policy for me. Nothing changed but a least they tried. Just my 2 cents but I will choose Instadebit and even Solidpay over C2P everytime.

PD

Thanks Rhino, but how do I make a transaction if I can't even make a withdrawl. Maybe my blonde hair is showing way to much on this one, still confused.

They want you to make another deposit thru them. Then your star rating should go up to 2. I think they suck personally.

Hi littlebit. No, I don't think it's the bank, as I also have a Wachovia account, and am still using Neteller (also Instadebit, which I think is the best). The bank has not blocked anything.

After more investigation, it turned out that 39.75 USD was in fact deducted by the issuer bank. One would expect that the issuer bank doesn't deduct anything. I called Click2Pay yesterday, they promised me an email answer, which I have not received yet.

After 9 days I still have not received their promised email...
