Need an opinion of a good casino to play at because my account was closed :(

This morning I went to go play at AllJackpots, but when I tried to login, my account was closed... Now.. I have no idea why they would do that. Yesterday, I got a birthday bonus thanks to the rep here, and played with it for several hours eventually cashing out $200.

I'm really confused why it was closed, but not only that, I had an email from a week ago saying that wagers between the 14th and the 16th will have a 10% cash back bonus. So today, I expected to have roughly $80 bonus to play with. But.. nope, can't play.

I contacted both the live help and the call center, but they said there was no reason and I should get one within 24 hours... *That doesn't help me now*

But for the time being, any suggestions where to play at until then? I've played at many casinos, but what has a good payout like AllJackpots... *I have bad luck at AllSlots as well as all of the other Jackpot Factory casinos*

I've done well at Intertops, but haven't played any of the others in quite some time. Maybe try there?

Lol now AllJackpots reopened my account.. What the heck x.x

I tried several times through out the day, but it's weird it was opened again that fast... *wonders why*

Hope so... I called them just in case to see if my winnings from yesterdays bonus was still being processed. *wasn't in my reverse withdrawal or my transaction history* They said it was being processed and would show up in a few hours.

So seems like nothing changed

Maybe I'm biased, but I would venture to say it was a software problem .... It's happened to me occasionally.

The JackpotFactory Group has become the ONLY place I deposit.
Withdrawals are generally in my Neteller Account within 12 hours and there is none of the "hidden' wagering requirement shit you have to put-up with at other Casinos.

JF do not lock accounts just because they are processing a withdrawal.

A locked account is different from an access issue, and if the account was indeed "locked", an explanation is needed, not just "technical issue".
This might indicate the account has come to the notice of the risk department, who look at possible fraud, and would indicate that there might be a problem somewhere, and this might end up striking again, possibly at another group.

As for the cashback, I expect it is 10% back on NET LOSS, rather than a return of 10% of total wagers - which is highly unlikely given this exceeds the house edge of almost all the games. Further, loss of BONUS credits does not count.

For VIP players, every Wednesday features this promotion, 10% back on total losses, and 5% bonus on total winnings. For non-VIP players, such promotions are by personal invite. VIP players also get invites to other unlisted promotions, and these are often better than those for non-VIP players.
The other kind of 10% promotion may be 10% of total DEPOSITS during a period, and it is possible that a withdrawal prior to the bonus being credited will void the offer.

Or can they close it for some reason and they looked into it and found nothing wrong so they opened it again?
