In regards to an increased amount of complaint about N1- I think this is due to the fact that we are growing pretty much fast and getting more and more players daily.

Can't comment anything further without checking OP account.

I have been helping a little with the language barrier. Could you maybe state which term he broke? Was it overbetting or something else? Just so I can explain to him in his native language.

He breached max bet rule, making bets more than 10 EUR.

In regards to an increased amount of complaint about N1 ...

For the record there is no evidence of this on the PAB side of things: zero PABs against N1 in the past 6 months, one or two in the past year.

I would generally consider that a very low rate of complaints, especially for a casino that's gone through BBF in the recent past.

Nu cred ca ai o sansa sa fi platit in cazul asta. Te rog sa citesti termenurile de bonus fiecare data pentru a evita asa ceva in viitor.

The OP contends that his bets were max 2 Euro, would you be OK to post a screenshot of the history where it shows the overbetting (sensitive data covered up)? Or maybe send it directly to him via PM?

I just meant complaints with casinos that you're associated with. There's been a lot of posts lately. And so far it seems every thread has resulted in the OP being wrong and breached rules. I was simply wondering how come people aren't reading the terms .. are they really that hidden or is there something else at play. (Tbh Roshtein is a fair example of this, plays at massive bets, has affiliate links so playes sign up and try to emulate him -> they break the rules). Nothing you can really do about it though if the terms aren't hidden and players just aren't reading them.
