I did, I spoke to Felix about the bonus and how it works. He only mentioned the 50x wager and the amount I needed to play after checking my stats. The max bet limit was not mentioned.

I agree the casino is probably in its rights, and I have learned by posting this most online casino’s operate in the same way. I do not expect them to compensate me, I just want to make a point it would be good for the online casino to act more transparant, specially towards new players.

Sorry, but I do not agree that the importance of this rule should be hidden in this long wall of text called t&c. Technical limits on the maximum allowed bet should be implemented. Answer me this: Why don’t they apply the technical limit, or show clear warnings or inform more transparant? The answer is most likely they do it by choice, because most don’t read or fully understand the t&c, it’s complicated.

The harder you try to understand the fine print, the more confusing it becomes. Like driving past slicing lines of cornrows, the sentences snap into meaningless patterns. They're written like that on purpose. In a style so dry that your eyeballs crack as your brain tries to sneak out of your ears.

I agree that it is not totally free money, in that the punter has to pay something for it in terms of wagering. A point I thought I actually made clear in my post.

But it is free money in that it is money the punter did not originally have, and is given to said punter - albeit with terms and conditions - to try to make theirs by completing the wagering.

So no, I do not think it is "people like me" who contribute to the misunderstanding at all.

You should be aiming your semantic barbs at people who don't read the T&Cs; people who want something for nothing without paying for it; people who believe rules are there to be broken; and people who believe they are above such trivialities as honouring maximum bets.
