Yesterday I requested a withdraw from n1bet. My account was fully verified which was confirmed by a chat consultant and today I got information that the payment was rejected and I got information that I should send them:

Please upload selfie with your ID + a note on a checkered/lined piece of paper saying "Hello, and current date" against the background of your house with address visible.
Please note, that the sheet shouldn't be monotone. Use a sheet with additional textures, e.g. checkered one.
Make sure arm holding ID is visible, including elbow.

The only thing missing is that my shoe with the visible size is in the picture.
I read many things lastly about this casino that they won't allowing players to withdraw their funds because they want some sick verifications all the time.

This casino is a scam or do they really have such sick verification requirements?

Haha, what??!

So you have to stand in front of your house, in a short sleeved top, with your ID held against a complex piece of paper that doesn’t exist, and have your photo taken?

I'm not sure about "sick". Maybe it's the lingo, but you don't make sense using this term. Unusual or excessive or extreme - yes. Not sure about "sick". Not a good description.

It's about the same as when asked to hold up your ID for a selfie. Thanks to all the fraudsters and a-holes out there, this is what some casinos do to protect themselves from fraud, and these are the hoops we have to jump through.

Just do it. What do you have to lose?

What does he have to lose? Maybe his dignity and self respect.

From reading the posts from various members including long standing ones it seems that N1 casinos are now doing this all the time on withdrawal even to customers they have had for years that have been fully verified.

I mean who has sheets of fancy paper available that are going to stand outside in gale force winds and pissing down rain trying to take a photo of a soggy bit of paper blown in half while making sure the elbow is fully in view.

Surprised that you seem to think nothing wrong with that Bryan as to me they are making it as difficult as possible for their customers to withdraw hardly what you would expect from an accredited casino.

If you think standing in front of the house so that the number of the property will be visible with a paper and ID and miraculously taking a good photo is the same as taking a selfie with visible ID... We will probably not understand each other.

I have already closed my account in n1bet and I advise against playing with them in 100% because from what my friends write now they want some miracles with photos with every withdraw and even if you do good photo they demand a new one with something else.

I can agree with it. Let's face it might be different in some countries but outside my house it does not show address. Might be able to see number that's about it. Dont even think the street name is even on any of the houses anymore in the street so would be impossible even if I wanted.

Just hire a professional photographer. What’s the big issue? /s 😜😂

How is this different than holding your ID up for a selfie? It's just as stupid. But it's something many casinos have done over the years. As for standing in front of one's house, it's just about the same thing.

Don't get me wrong, I still feel it's a stupid thing to do. But if this determines whether or not you're going to get your winnings, I would just do it then bail.

I guess the OP decided not to take his winnings with him.

Maybe there is a reason they are asking all of your friends to do the same thing...

Yeah it’s a little more than just the standard selfie with ID and elbow request. This person is being asked to stand in front of their house, hold a special piece of paper while trying to take a photo to fit this all in.

I agree though with all the a-holes out there not helping these situations.

You really asking how is it different ....? My friend read what others wrote and you sure see that it is not normal. It's obvious they do this to not pay winnings because they know most of people won't do this.

I see that you protecting them really hard so explain me why my account yesterday evening was fully verified and wrote this to me their consultant and when i requested a withdraw suddenly my account need additional verification like this

Here's a chat transcript from yesterday:

Okay Bryan a selfie to match photo on driving licence I can understand had to do it with neteller when they locked account. Didn't like it but fair enough.

But a big difference having to do it outside while getting your house face and elbow in photo along with the paper. Near impossible. But even giving benefit of doubt again it has to be a special type of paper not normal paper people might have for printers etc. Sorry that is just trying to make things as awkward as possible. Like WTF if someone is going to go to hassle of writing on paper and fulfilling all the rest of the crap then what difference does it make what paper its on as long as its legible.

Sorry the casino is doing this to everyone now by the amount of members stating it. The casino knows people that have played for years haven't committed fraud so why suddenly all this crap. Only reason can be to make as many as possible not withdraw. Not like this is happening to players that have just signed up which I might understand but this is happening to loyal players that have been with them for ages.

I can only assume that they have had instances where fraudsters have photoshopped their photographs and they are trying to make it harder for that to happen. E.g. if they ask a suspected fraudster to take a selfie and write "Banana123" on a piece of paper, that could easily be photoshopped onto a previously taken photo of the player holding a blank piece of paper. A checked/stripy piece of paper would be less common, although I agree that most people probably wouldn't have it in their home.

While I don't agree with the request I can understand why it's been asked. There's more and more cases of fraud and identities being sold, often identities will be sold along with the "usual" selfie set, so asking for something unusual either causes a headache or prevents the fraudulent activity.

I would also be concerned that the OP has "friends" that have been through similar. Perhaps as Bryan says above, that is the reason for him/her being asked to jump through hoops. I don't know many players who have friends who they discuss their verification issues with. :S

I see that you try to defend them i can only assume why but as you can see even in this thread for users such a verification is let's say 'Unusual'. I wrote about it in different forum and many users had similar issues you can easily find many threads about similar activities by n1bet.
Read #14 post in this thread and where i upload proof that before withdraw my account was fully verified but when i requested withdraw they wrote that i have to provide them something like this and if it is 'normal' too for you so i don't have words.

Lets see just how many members quit slotting altogether when all casinos require a selfie holding our dicks prior to being able to play.

*Sorry Ladies,

Bit bored and these sort of threads wind me up. Maybe we should start insisting casinos KYC and SoW themselves before accepting out hard earned dosh!

Did you miss the part of my post where I say I don’t agree with it? I’m not defending anyone. No need to be defensive. 👍

Unrelated to this post Jon, but Lottomart will be running a competition soon where you can win a camera with the strongest zoom lens on the market. Just thought I’d mention it in case you need it. Nothing in your post suggested you would. 😂

Perfect Mark. Cheers :D

A reaction of any description is all I wanted and this one is perfect, although I may have to zoom out rather than in :p :p

My boredom will get me in some sort of trouble one day

While i understand your reasoning, it's safe to say that N1 is the only one pulling out so much problems in regards of verification. It's not like they are utterly demanded by the license regulator as the licensing in Cuaracao is sold with a package of butter these days.

To me they are looking for every possible aspect to stall or not to pay out it's consumers. I mean we can all signup to their website. And have no messaging in that regard on what is required upon verification. Yet it always shows up when people attempt to take their money out.

I woud'nt trust N1 at all. This is a casino that usually dont cause alot of issues with small payouts but when you start doing bigger ones suddenly everything is taken out of the hat for them not to pay. And there's nothing you can do about it.

I don't think I've ever been asked for anything that extreme for verification. Just feels like an extra hurdle to tempt you back into spinning away your winnings.

It is quite an obscure request, but if someone came to me and said 'here is some money in return for a picture of you in front of your house' I would be looking for my camera straight away :)

p.s. Don't cut your nose off to spite your face springs to mind. Only one loser in this situation, dont let it be you.

No one is protecting anyone "really hard" here, newbie. I'm just explaining a few things - and I have been around long enough to know that player fraud has always been rampant. And it is because of player fraud that innocent T&C abiding players get caught up in the creative crap that casinos throw at them.

I have also been around long enough to not jump to conclusions until I see the other side of the coin - unlike a lot of other folks.
