@Barny1100 Well, since you're open to advice may I say this: nothing quite says "ignore me" like putting every second sentence in bold text. You might as well make it rainbow coloured or filled with little unicorn emojis because no one is going to take it seriously. Bolding is for emphasis and if you're bolding everything -- or half of it -- then you're not really emphasising anything at all. Just so you know.

Neither have I, as I said, paid in there for years and paid out 500 in October,
but these harassments are incomprehensible to me.. 🙆‍♂️

When was your last withdrawal attempt there..?

but ok do his and ordered withdrawal again..

Rejected second Time after a while
this time Skrill should be to blame and I should contact Skrill where the problem is..

I hope I can describe it halfway with the translator and my bad english..

But as above (admittedly written in detail sorry ), the verification that was only renewed three months ago
was suddenly denied again, then I was supposed to send documents again that had nothing to do with payments at N1..

In short, every time I visit a chat, there is a different problem why my payout is canceled.

First, my recently verified account is suddenly no longer verified..!

Then again many documents rejected!

Then suddenly a re-verification of a months old Paysafe deposit

Then suddenly, according to your chat, there was a problem with Skrill
the "I" should be regulated first with Skrill..!

Which, as we now know,
was also nonsense. !
Skrill had confirmed to "us" that he had never had a problem on my ViP Accoumt there
or received a payment from N1 Casino!

Then suddenly the turnaround

No there is a problem with Skrill but on your casino side..

So my hours of searching and phoning with Skrill 🙆‍♂️
because I was told "repeatedly" in the chat that the fault lies with Skrill
and I have to clarify this with Skrill!
was completely unnecessary!🤷‍♂️

Then I should now please pay out by bank payment..

Yes , withdrawal rejected again on the grounds that it is a German Bank account
and N1 is not only having difficulties with Skrill

And I only now noticed when the Skrill screenshots were requested again
that the payments to SlotWolf in the Skrill account are also stored with N1 in the description

I don't really concern myself with who belongs to who, but simply orientate myself on the casinos tested here, which in the end have always worked well for me..:thumbsup:

I'm not attacking you thanks, you've said you've been playing 20 years plus online, so your not a newbie, but if any casino messed around with my stuff like you've stated on a open forum, I clearly would be doing my homework with the rest of listed under N1.
Which i would be moving on.....

Payout now canceled for the 6th time🤷‍♂️

First the usual documents refused ..

Then got assured by two different agents in the chat
that all documents are now verified
and I can now pay out
via my Skrill account, which I also paid into..!

But canceled twice again..:rolleyes:

Now we're back to the same point as the day before yesterday at N1
I'm supposed to contact Skrill Support again...🙆‍♂️

What we know is complete nonsense because I was already assured there as a VIP that there would be no problem with my stool..

No sooner said than done Skrill VIP management has confirmed that there are no problems or that a payment has been declined..!


Then I was told in the chat I should split the Skrill Withdrawals into three 500!

Given your erratic behaviour on this I would say you have two choices:
  1. file a PAB on it. You know the drill so proceed as you see fit.
  2. take it to a private conversation with N1.
At such a time as you get yourself under control and/or your issue is resolved (again) we'll re-open this thread.
