First of all.

Im not here to recieve any refund and wont take this with PUG. Im here to discuss concern with a very dark behaviour that we all need to stand up agsinst, that youll find casinos get away with within MGA all to easy.

I afford to play high stakes and its my passion and curse since young ages, but i do never gamble for more then i can afford. But for alot of other gamblers this is not the case it daily ruins familys and marriages worldwide. We need to make sure these kind of people are properly protected and not betrayed to limit the suffering of the people surrounding them.

This happend to me recently.

I reach these withdraw limits every now and then on various casinos. And i always make sure my money will be out of my reach to cancell meanwhile. As its my weakness to keep a balance when they just lay around waiting. You guys now what i mean.

So im new at n1 casino and i had a good streak one night, to my suprise i discover they had a mini withdraw limit that i reached. 5000€.

I made several attempts to explain why i need some kind of resolution to keep my money safe while weekly limit is breached. I asked them both politely and well educated that i had low controll in these situations and need help to make sure it wont happen.

I guess my only point posting this would be to enlight the fact that i begged in every channel open to n1 (chat n mail) to get the money impossible for me to touch until limit for withdraw is null again rejected. Its atleast 3 staff members who are not educated in responsible gaming enough to take action and honour my basic request.
I was given no solution for this. Usally flushing the withdraw or block my account from acces or just to process withdraw is something a casino would do for me in 100% of cases when you express you have some kind of gambling problem and specificly explain it.

It was only 2000k euro this time but i dont feel it was OK to not help me when i reached out for it on every way possible to me.

Its not that they are unable to help me keep money safe as per request, they obviously want me to loose balance and probally in 90% of times the player will do so. And its making me so angry these low life ethics casinos get away with. I just cant get my head around how it can be legal to act this way. SHAME.

N1 casino has not responded to me in 6 days with any explanation as i expressed what i just wrote above in this situation. Or wait.. VIP replied now that i need to become little more VIP to get a higher max withdraw roof.

Im little confused here that the reply ignored my point and instead encourage me to play harder so next time theyll fix it for me...

Imagine this scenario.

You win 20.000€ at local land casino.

Staff wont give my winnings as i reached the win limit. So i have to stay at the casino with the 20.000€ for 1 week before they can let me go home with the money.

And they will not help me to store the money in the casino safe meanwhile so i can go home waiting instead. They think its in my very best intrests to instead keep the money inside a slot machine.

Sure this would be a "very" legit thing to practice.

I sincerly beg N1 casino to contact me with an explanation how they justified this case. Everything has two sides and ill stay humble until ive heard n1s side of the story.

If you are a highroller, agreeing VIP status, withdrawal limits, extra bonuses, cashback etc should be your first priority when opening a new account. You can always talk to a casino rep when you are VIP at a different casino to get fast-tracked.

N1 has a MGA licence, so they are offering a Take-A-Break in your Responsible Gambling settings. You could action one for 7 days to wait for your withdrawal to be processed.

When I won a 10k jackpot on N1 with a good old 80 cents bet on a ELK slot, I told N1 rep homerbert that I was happy but they had a technical error when they tried to process more than 6k CAD in the same day. As per jaxkpot rules , some people would cry about ir but it wasnt theiir fault.

Not so long ago... would have been dumb enough to enter maniac mode untill I lose it all.

Instead , told support a big thank you and closed the app.

This is way worse than an agent not being good at his job. The evil 4 days.

Well I gave n1 casino a try last night since they deposit and withdraw with etransfer deposit min 30$. Get the bonus 50× wager 2300$ like that no thanks. Next no next stick with vs only trust worthy casino on the planet lol.

I agree with everyone here that n1 is a very highly respected casino with regards to most things you desire from a casino. Its no doubt about that. Great people id say even.

Setting up limits and banning yourself to prevent comes with a big fat down side. Lets say you win 100.000 €. You would have to manage to carrie the same strength to not touch the balance 20 times in a row when doing your weekly cashout. Its not close to safe enough, all it takes is one weak moment to ruin it lol.

Any real VIP or high roller (as you are implying to be), will observe these two things:

- play at casinos with no withdrawal limits
- if they choose one with limits they clear it up before they deposit or even before they sign up. I am sure @homerbert (and for a matter of fact, any other good casino manager) would fix you up in no time with a limit that corresponds to your deposit/play level (I know it because I had such agreements in the past)

Playing away winnings is your responsibility and yours only. Sorry but no sympathy. We all have done it, and it will not change even if you or we complain 100 times about it.

If you can't control yourself for 5 minutes that it would take to submit the next withdrawal and action a TAB again, then IMO you have other problems to worry about.

I never buy the kind of reasoning to put all the responsibility on player for his own action at all times.

While providing gambling cant come without responsibility towards customers. Its not lemon soda. But players responsible the same way.

@Rakel1337 don't want to be an Evil's advocate here, but I think you should have checked all the options with the Casino before making a deposit. Every casino has VIP manager(s) and I'm more than sure that you would have got an exclusive conditios if you discussed it first with N1 VIP Team.
