I still do not like they are working with Roshtein (not beeing a pita) :p.

However my experience with all N1 Interactive casinos in one word: Exceptional.

Especially critical points such as verification, withdrawals, customer service seem to work smoothest with all casinos from that Group. Concerning N1 (the casino) my first experience sometime ago was like this: Gamble for about 3 Hours, won over 1k. Provided documents and requested a withdrawal.

All this happened in not even 30 minutes after i uploaded all and the money was already on my Bank(!) So from me as long N1 is not changing routine, i´d always give 5 Star comments again.

Agreed! I have been playing at N1 for close to a year now. Have made 20+ withdrawals and all have been exceptionally fast. They seem to auto approve and flush within minutes most of the time. Never waited more than one business day for the money to show up in my Canadian account via Interac. Haven't found another casino that is even close as far as withdrawal speed and never any hassles.
I'm not a high roller by any means, yet still get the occasional offer email from a VIP rep. Usually some cash back with only a 3x wager requirement. Nice personalized service!

I find N1 fast when you are verified however, the more recent experience with their customer service asking Canadian players for an IBAN number, we don't use IBAN in Canada, but get the same canned response from their customer service.... . Good casino otherwise but keep running into really bad support, today at @spinurai asking me for my IBAN number be displayed on my bank account... again I informed them of this. On another N1 casino they accepted the gigadat notification to validate the deposit, today they say they can't use it. Its so inconsistent each time as the customer service person yesterday told me it was acceptable and to upload it into the documents, which I did. Very frustrating and total waste of time to go over the same thing each time you contact them.

Sorry but their customer service is a joke. The emails get nothing but often irrelevant automated replies, and live help agents don't know their own T&C, quoting some random fugures off the wall while the correct info is easily accessible from the website. I am HUGELY disappointed. Never again.
