    Hello i won quite alot 2500 euros on n1 casino. Waited 24 hours for my withdrawel to be accepted then i get this email:

    "Unfortunately, in accordance with our rules bonuses are not available for the accounts with the same ip. As your account violated the rules of our casino your withdrawal is cancelled and your balance is subtracted up to amount of your deposit. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    "Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise."

    The problem is i never used a bonus and i dont have 2 account.
    Never had any problems with withdrawel on n1 casino as long as its under 500 euros.

    I Guess i should have understood something fishy was going on when they delayed the payment for so Long

    I'm sorry for problem occured at first place, and I'm glad we resolved it.

    Indeed, there was duplicates etc, and basically rules were breached, but there was no any abuse or real terms breach from Zimpan25.

    Therefore all his winnings reinstated.

    Again, sorry, sometimes things require more deep investigation (and CAREful investigation, what is more important).
