N1 Casino rant and its CM Ratings

It's not worth the time,

After I closed my account at n1 casino's I was so happy, nothing can chance that
Literally exactly the type of player I had mentioned to cm about not having the time nor energy to try and fight a bunch of lawyers over money he will most likely not get in the end anyways. I can imagine only 5-10% max! Of all players who are screwed by casinos that actually are aware of sites like this and thepogg will take it to that extent. If you don't have every chat documented every tiny little peice of evidence you don't stand a chance most of the time. As I told @CM just because there are low actual PAB doesn't mean that I'm delusional by searching n1 in the search bar and seeing all the first hand issues that countless people are having. How can that be just ignored ? Personally I have searched about 20 casinos in that search bar which saved me from depositing in about 17 of them. The players don't lie. They may not submit every single PAB Colin loves to wave in my face but that doesn't mean there aren't some serious issues that should be addressed?

I presume it's me you mean by Colin, what do you mean by that?
If it's because I pulled you on the rep not being active for 2 months, when they had posted in the same thread less than 24 hours previously, then have another wave.

I have been very critical of the group in the recent past, so don't think I am just defending them, it was literally your post about them not being active that I pulled you up on, nothing else.

That, my friend, should have been submitted as a PAB. On the surface, it looks like the casino screwed up. I don't get why you didn't submit one.

"On the surface it looks like the casino screwed up"

This is'nt a single incident that was done on human error. It's common practice and i strongly believe that the staff is just trained to practice these things really. They have monkeys for support / chat. Everything is aimed towards chat. The email department never gets answerred really. Ive bin there too. Ive initially only played and signed up due to the live game offerings, but after i attempted to close my account (i wrote an email) i get a mail a few days later with free spins awaiting. For the record there is'nt an option onsite to close your account.

Second pretty much all their games have a limited bet even if you play with hard cash. So in order to get to higher levels you gotta wager yourself to higher levels before you have that 'luxury' lol. The whole n1brand casinos are based on dodgy rules, terms and conditions and they make it very difficult on purpose to either cancel, close your account. In my beliefs they do it on purposs. Maximize profits.

They never verify your account(s) either. And thats where my suspicion came in. Because of that i knew that there was like a culprit waiting for me upon withdrawl. And that's where lots of players are getting screwed and not being paid out (as many of the complaints are based on).

Save yourself time, money, stress, AVOID n1casino. Please!

If you want to read about the practices:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
,

And then avoid the websites like askgambers that obviously place paid reviews in order for n1casino (duh).

Attachment was right after i placed my own review; they do that to generally hide the bad complaints about the casino and artifically screw up it's ratings for what it is. Where is @N1 Casino now right? I bet 5$ that he woud'nt be responding to above within a week.

Also, I still do not understand why the problem with another casino caused so much negativity in our direction. I'm happy to help our players out with any issues they might be having at our casinos. Anything I can do to help, let me know!
I am sure most serious casinos want to take good care of their customers. Our casino group is no exception. We value each of our players, these are not just words. But to be honest, it is difficult to read some of the negative threads.

Kind regards

I am a customer a longer time with N1 Casinos. Some of the mentioned occurences here cannot be totally dismissed. So far its correct that some of your casinos are truely engaged for players. However my experience is pretty mixed depending on where i use to play.

Example email support. You can try it as much you want. It seems to be not available. I have written mails to N1, maneki, Bobcasino, Spinia or Betamo. It is everywhere the same. You get a text block with a pre written answer or just no answer. So whatever support issue might be the question, things can only be solved with support agents in live chat.

Another thing is kyc. Its somewhat tricky if customers are required to pass this. So far i remember only one(!) casino of your group which did not discarded my payout during the kyc procedure. The worst experience i must say i had with maneki. Not only that they do not payout fast (its like waiting for someone entering his 9-5 job and approves everything manually, looks pre 2000ish to me), but even customers with approved ID´s or other documents are required to do so again. This is no joke. I am levelled as "vip" customer with maneki, but during my last cashout i was required to send an address proof again, not to mention i had several cashouts before. I have stored chat transcripts to proof my point just in case.

With N1 i got one time a cashback. You know if your casinos offer cashback to your customers, the word means something else, but not bonus with xxx wager bound to it. Sorry but thats pure marketing wishy-washy.

All the aforementioned incidents have lowered my opinion about N1 Group at all but to be honest its nothing which has driven me away since good experiences are still there. Nowadays i just sort out the annoying casinos and stay with the ones which seem to operate smoothly.

If interesting for you, i can list all the casinos (top/down) from the best to the worst in my personal opinion.

N1 imo needs to do some homework. This does not mean the casinos are good / bad entirely but there are things which as customer make you think should be handled better. I do not lightly critizise casinos and besides i am not this type of player who reverse and play back his winnings. However in many years of online gambling you can believe i experienced a lot of stuff which could be mentioned as positive and unfortunately negative too. N1 isnt that bad at all, but requires a better understanding of whats a customer friendly modus operandi.

Months ago I opened an account there. I sent docs, was verified but upon a cashout they suddenly said they wanted even more docs and denied my cashout. I havent returned since.

Little rant here... They are fishing votes at AG by offering freespins wich they dont even add :D Low move imo

edit: Ah.. after years of playing there and being fully verified reason i didnt get spins for vote is that i have duplicate account :D WTF ? Also i asked about it on chat and was advised to send email , email to same person who im talking with.. well i went and sent emal but their mailbox is full :D Mailbox size limit exceeded 1623572514-VpJLBSzTMo-LrMSJLKF

Ive made my account here exclusively due to its CM ratings back in december. And was the last time i cared about what is accredited here because more often than not ive had a good service with casinos that were not accredited or in the grey zone. My vip level malfunctioned as in no rewards added, Olga/Ivan from livechat are clueless and takes an hour to respond to the basics and then you have to send an email that is ignored and what put the lid was not honoring a promo tourney they ran exclusively for a day to which i qualified by playing Pragmatic dross just for the sake of the promo. Promo sent from the casino themselves and Ivan claiming its from an affiliate. Then vip level resetted to the very beginning and accumulated points cancelled long before their due date.
A friend of mine had his account suspended for making multiple withdrawals over a 2 weeks period from a mere initial 20 deposit.
Add to it that they purchase positive reviews on Askgamblers with free spins.
Self excluded with a 5K wound, best decision ever. Even better would have been to stick to Paddy's highest RTP(except Red Tigers which is an awful provider anyway), rewards, exclusive card for instant cashouts and cashout back to bank card in 2 hours.

"As I may see from your account in our system, you've used few accounts in the same browser. According to our company policy, I'm afraid I can't show you screenshots or links regarding this matter. I hope for your understanding.
If there's anything else I can do for you please let me know. Have a great day."

I have never used any other account at this casino, no one else has played at my pc or phone, i havent used any public computers etc !

This group can say what they want without any proof, how fucking full of shit this is ?

Sounds weird that they claim you have several accounts, but also say they cant show them to you.
I mean, they are your accounts (allegedly) so why wouldnt you be allowed to see the screenshots/links?
Weird.

@Casinomeister buying reviews is a little dodgy is it not?

It's an unfair practice, and it's only to keep the ponzi scheme whats called gambling going.

I told you the rep is'nt going to respond in here; 2 weeks have passed. What more can i contribute to the fact that this casino is just rogue; they accept everything but when it comes to paying players out; forget about it.

If you have an ongoing account; close it.

Weird.

Maybe they dont show them to me cause there is nothing to show... Well maybe there is my wifes account what was opened around same time when mine 5-6 years ago :D but that account has been and is dormant without any history ... I wonder why now since its not even long time ago when i completed kyc again..

Good morning, everyone and Happy Monday!

We are sorry for keeping you wait, due to weekends answers may delay a little bit.
Please specify the date of receipt of the bonus offer from the screenshot you provided. I will have a look what went wrong in case support guys haven't explained.

Morning
Any comment on your practice of paying for reviews? Surely if you are a good casino you don't need to pay for them?

I'm not sure if this would qualify for paying for quality reveiws, but yes - it's a bit dodgy imo.

@N1 Casino - is that really necessary? In my opinion, it's dishonest and is creating a shill factory. It reeeks of amateurism, and I am surprised you are even admitting that you're doing this. No one should be incentivised to write something good. And as most everyone knows, most of AG's traffic is paid for via dodgy linking schemes and paid for traffic, it's not the best site to get a great review, unless you want to pay for it. Just because they get bucket loads of paid for traffic doesn't mean you have to suck up to them.

If you tried doing that here, you'd be having a lot of members getting banned for being shills. I would recomend not doing this anymore.

Hi @Casinomeister, thank you for sharing Your thoughts. We always appreciate Your opinion and look to take as much as we can onboard. ?

But
Let me clarify the situation and explain our position concerning players' feedback.

First of all, such reviews show our management team that there’s always room for improvement to suit the needs of all our clients. We analyze players’ demands and needs to provide them with the best service possible, constantly seeking new ways to achieve these goals, so seeing all important traits mentioned in reviews shows us how we can improve our sites.

Also, we are feeling extra appreciative to the players for taking the time for us that's why we consider it necessary to thank them with a small prize.

We address players’ criticism, so if you think that we are only interested in positive reviews, this is not the case.

Then why are you asking them to post these "comments" on some affiliate site that is solely there to churn out players for their affiliated properties? Obviously, you are generating traffic to Ask Gamblers - and I'm not going to even address whatever deal is going on there. Why not use Trust Pilot - or create a blog on your own website?

It says clear as day to send you a screenshot of their positive review and you'll give them free spins (?!). Please don't think that I and the entire player community doesn't see what is going on here.

I reviewed the text of the letters, yes, indeed, the message of this bonus offer needs to be improved. We will discuss this within the team based on the community's response.

I apologize if we have been misunderstood.
