So I joined N1 casino 2 weeks ago based on the accredited and high ratings of casinomeister and submitted all the required documents and waited until they are approved but in the meantime I deposited and kept losing. So 2 weeks go by and nothing was even reviewed so I started depositing again about 2k in deposits, I won some back and withdrew $1000. Guess what? Now they are rejecting my withdrawals, and they keep rejecting my documents. There is no live chat so I have to keep emailing them. These are the same documents I have submitted to Bitstarz and energy casino and they are always approved. Why all of a sudden at N1 casino they are being rejected???? And their reason is so idiotic. They are asking to see bank statements with the deposit details with my name attached to each deposit. The bank statement I sent them has my name, my address, the deposit etransfer amount, the reference number. Additionally I sent them the gigadat emails with the same reference number attached to my bank statements. And they are still rejecting with the same reason and they are rejecting my withdrawal. Wtf???
 
Now they just reject my withdrawal without rejecting my documents.

They keep rejecting my withdrawals with no reason other than to contact live chat but there is no live chat.

Something happened at softswiss casinos recently. They went apeshit on stalling and asking for impossible things everytime you want to withdraw. All of a sudden paradise casino where I played since at least 2 years almost daily, they try anything they to reject any withdrawals. They offer etransfer deposits but no withdrawals. So since forever I have been depositing with etransfers and cashing out with ecopayz. The only other option is the internationnal wire transfer in euros so I am charged 45$ fee from by bank plus conversion fees. What do you think happened when all of a sudden there is absolutely no way they can process my withdrawal to the exact same method they have been doing the last 500 times. Support at n1, paradise... or any other dama nv .... wow. Insane retards. Agressive, weird and they seem to have forgotten who they used to be. I couldnt even verified in 2 curacao new dama nv casinos recently... same support asking nonsense over and over again and refusing to close the account until I am verified. The only casino runned on the softswiss platform that isn left to trust is bitstarz because they have their own staff and they dont need to hustle old clients for 100$ You think I am crazy? Have a try. You will get lied to for a deposit and any withdrawal request will get rejected like there is no tommorow. Yesterday was le last time i give one dollar to the honest bunch at softswiss

No follow up. No response. And they just approved it if I refer to the email confirmation without any details whatsoever from etransfer payment processor. Wtf

Competitors would never do that. Clearly someone that didnt appreciate the fact that their whole buisness is based on lies, bullshit, more lies and false advertisement. I never tought I would get treated like that by customer support anywhere. This morning was the final torture from softswiss. I registered at praise casino, got verified with top notch ids and even accepted to send a fkn selfie to get all verified and good to go. Honestly I thought I have seen it all but this experience was ten times worst than the usual lies that grow overtime during any softswiss casinos. Whats funny is that the ones liscensed in MGA are way worse blaming the regulator for their non mandatory insanely abusive request to avoid payments. They will ask you to provide the most absurd documents from the past to stall a payment. They will apply anything to their advantage agressively, act like the opposite is only imaginary and try to accuse you of having bad intentions towards them. The customer support agents is where it gets very very wrong. There is always one or two random agents that will act like they remember you, appreciate you and will do anything to help you. The average gambler gets comfortable, trust their words and then when its time to act according to the deal/offer/promise ... sorry sir not happening. Praise casino got to another level. They clearly lied about the fact that I was fully verified or that they had the intention to pay me without hours of insane requests. So after i deposit 30 euros worth of money, wagered the first deposit bonus and made withdrawal request for a little more than 500 euros equivalent, in 5 seconds I receive a sow request for payslips, 3 months statement of my bank accounts, even the one i didnt use to make the deposit via e transfer. Its easy to realize that they dont give a shit about what I do with my money, they have been taking it for the last years without any problem. The whole n1 mafia changed their way of doing buisness drastically recently. Yes, generally we are able to get issues at Direx/Dama NV casinos resolved in quite reasonable time.

Do a PAB mina. There have been numerous complaints about these before homerbert went missing (and quite a few before that that he sorted out) so with no rep that would seem the only option. Unsure why they are allowed to stay accredited without one for so long.

When you have been in the position of being hustled for a couple dollars numerous times by any of their casino, you start to think about it when you receive an offer from them.

What is offerered here is that after a minimum of 2 deposits, you can claim 30% back as bonus money with 15x wager. This is not bad unless you consider the offer is sent at 9 pm utc and has to be claimed before midnight. So the usual time between the first deposit, gameplay/loss, 2nd deposit, gameplay/loss and the never ending sudden wait for a chat agent when there is 40 minutes left to claim a promo like that.... In total you have a 3 Hours timeframe to do all that. If its a minute passed midnight, agent will ask you if you have a problem understanding english, deny the bonus money and block you from chat. Even if you are polite and been a player there for years. These are facts and if you compare to other n1 liscensed casinos, this promo is far from the worst I have seen or participated in to get hustled like a fool that trusted them and never thought about their little tricks.

Anything reason that comes to the mind of the new financial advisor they hired for their vengeance against regulators. The only problem is that they are targeting their own customers and try to exploit them as if they didnt deserve better. I don’t have much empathy for those agents that were very fun to deal with back in the days and now are stuck between the wolf and the sheeps... but I can imagine how depressing it must be to be ordered to act like a thief towards clients they know pretty damn well. I had a nice conversation with a vip manager at one of their casino. Even him had a very strange attitude. All of a sudden, Mr vip manager wasn’t evasive anymore and didn’t seem to care at all about his own future at work. Maybe it was another trick for more bs later but for the first time in years, he seemed to be honest.

so u would think its ok for the whole day time to claim.
since it is just send past over midnight. u think u have the whole day to play.
so i play the next morning.
lost and went to the casino to claim the bonus.
they allways ask u to send picture screenshot of the offer.
then come back say it is not the casino time as it is 11:45 casino time and u have only 15 minutes to play.
and the offer expire.
so i was left empty handed.
this is how they hustled me.
since then i dont play much with them.
oh yeah.
also they send me allways on saturday make 10 deposit plus to get 75 superspins on 1 euro per spin.
i allways deposit min at once 10 times.
then i few weeks back i did same.
and waited next saturday. and the offer didnt show up the spins in my account.

I don't get it. I've offered twice to help you guys with your N1 issues and no one has bothered to file a PAB. Would you rather just bitch and moan on the forums than actually get your thing resolved? So far that appears to be the case.

Fair warning: if you won't take steps to get your issue resolved you'll find that there is a limit to how long you'll be allowed to bellyache about it on the forums. Your choice, but you can't take free shots at a casino forever when there is a perfectly legitimate path available to getting things resolved.
