Anything reason that comes to the mind of the new financial advisor they hired for their vengeance against regulators. The only problem is that they are targeting their own customers and try to exploit them as if they didnt deserve better. I don’t have much empathy for those agents that were very fun to deal with back in the days and now are stuck between the wolf and the sheeps... but I can imagine how depressing it must be to be ordered to act like a thief towards clients they know pretty damn well. I had a nice conversation with a vip manager at one of their casino. Even him had a very strange attitude. All of a sudden, Mr vip manager wasn’t evasive anymore and didn’t seem to care at all about his own future at work. Maybe it was another trick for more bs later but for the first time in years, he seemed to be honest.

Oh well.... after all that SOW insanity, I had doubts about the fact that they sent my etransfer withdrawal. After all, who does treat their players like that with good intentions.
I contacted gigadat and I insisted for them to contact the casino since the agent was 100% sure the transfer failed. It failed before i even got the password. Since the email with link or auto deposited transfer happens the day after the sms with password, I thought it was curious that yesterday I had nothing. Basically had a very nice gigadat employee that insisted a LOT for the softswiss agent to send it again.
Another request, another fail. Its almost as they are doing this on purpose. The transfer doesnt even reach gigadat.. thats a first... even after all this the bullshit continues.
Moments ago I told them that i would take a bank transfEr, ecopayz funds or even crypto. I am offered paysafecard, neosurf and credit carda withdrawals all of these 3 are not availble and wont work. They deleted the interac option for me and closed the chat telling me to ask for an interac withdrawal tommorow../. Sure .
Time for PAB?
this is the incident that killed what was left I once loved about online gambling

Not only accredited... they are on top of the list with 9.8 score. I understand how the point system works. It all makes sense until the casino in question starts to act exactly like they are at the moment. Here is another n1 tactic with offers they send everyday. When you have been in the position of being hustled for a couple dollars numerous times by any of their casino, you start to think about it when you receive an offer from them.

What is offerered here is that after a minimum of 2 deposits, you can claim 30% back as bonus money with 15x wager. This is not bad unless you consider the offer is sent at 9 pm utc and has to be claimed before midnight. So the usual time between the first deposit, gameplay/loss, 2nd deposit, gameplay/loss and the never ending sudden wait for a chat agent when there is 40 minutes left to claim a promo like that.... In total you have a 3 Hours timeframe to do all that. If its a minute passed midnight, agent will ask you if you have a problem understanding english, deny the bonus money and block you from chat. Even if you are polite and been a player there for years. These are facts and if you compare to other n1 liscensed casinos, this promo is far from the worst I have seen or participated in to get hustled like a fool that trusted them and never thought about their little tricks.

Please note that I am in EST time zone so the offer was received at 17:00 meaning it is 9 pm in utc.

it allways comes at around 01:45 AM my time.
so u would think its ok for the whole day time to claim.
since it is just send past over midnight. u think u have the whole day to play.
so i play the next morning.
lost and went to the casino to claim the bonus.
they allways ask u to send picture screenshot of the offer.
then come back say it is not the casino time as it is 11:45 casino time and u have only 15 minutes to play.
and the offer expire.
so i was left empty handed.
this is how they hustled me.
since then i dont play much with them.
oh yeah.
also they send me allways on saturday make 10 deposit plus to get 75 superspins on 1 euro per spin.
i allways deposit min at once 10 times.
then i few weeks back i did same.
and waited next saturday. and the offer didnt show up the spins in my account.
they raised from min. deposit 20 euro now to 50 euro.
didnt got a thing.. los the deposits ofcourse as usual. that was ofcourse my own fault as i they changed and i didnt read.
but the time hustling with the email for the cashback that got me real bad.

I don't get it. I've offered twice to help you guys with your N1 issues and no one has bothered to file a PAB. Would you rather just bitch and moan on the forums than actually get your thing resolved? So far that appears to be the case.

Fair warning: if you won't take steps to get your issue resolved you'll find that there is a limit to how long you'll be allowed to bellyache about it on the forums. Your choice, but you can't take free shots at a casino forever when there is a perfectly legitimate path available to getting things resolved.

I understand trying new casinos based on recommendations from CM and agree with what you said about Bitstarz.

I also can't for the life of me understand why N1 is so high up in CM rankings (number 1 in rankings) with an MIA rep and threads upon threads of player issues with the brand.

I agree, if that's the case as an active, responsive rep is a condition of accreditation. I'll ping Bryan and Max regarding this matter.

They are aware. Homerbert hasn't been on since August, Bryan said there was a new rep coming on board but that was probably 6-8 weeks ago, and still no sign, but more complaints keep getting posted.

FTR the N1 guys have been seriously affected by the political troubles in their country. Over the past several months this has disrupted their operations, Support included. HOWEVER, throughout this they have been in contact (when possible) with us directly and have gone out of their way to ensure that any issues we receive via the PAB process will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

As to the issue of their rep on the forums: obviously this is a serious concern for any casino on the Accredited list. Once the operations at N1 return to normal we'll see what we can to to get that issue resolved. Until then I respectfully ask that anyone with N1 issues follow the PAB process and we'll do our best to get yours dealt with ASAP.

Well surely they should be moved over to grey zone, they're ranked high but we're hearing more than a few problems, surely they can sort another rep from elsewhere?
I doubt the hole of N1 run from the country which has problems?

Is anything been decided yet for all the other casinos who don't have reps (Bet365 for example) or the ones who don't bother logging in for months? Like the Novibet rep, have sent them 2 pm's, the first being 22nd March and had no reply, but plenty of others missing too. BTG ran a comp that finished on the 1st April, hasn't been seen since the 23rd March as another.

You'd have to ask him for further details. I'm not up to speed on where that is at, expected roll-out, etc.

IMO there is not sufficient justification for stripping them of their Accreditation and putting them in the Grey Zone. That said Bryan handles all issues related to Accreditation. If you have questions or concerns about an Accredited casino you're free to PM him at @Casinomeister and let him know your thoughts.

Well I have to admit I tried another new n1 interactive casino MGA stamped. Pinocasino. The exact opposite of my recent experiences with softswiss.

It felt weird to speak to nice support agent, get verified in 1 minute and paid in 2.
Even after clearing the 2nd and 3rd deposit offer with a nice profit. Now sow, no bs, no abuse.

Same support than getslots and dux so no homemade softswiss support. Thats a big plus. All games I played were on high rtp version.

It was nice not to deal with dumb requests over and over again. Nostalgia
