Tried to ask 5 times what RTP settings they have on PnG without getting an answer.
And you can ask another 5 times - nothing will change. Customer support guys do not have such information, unfortunately. Currently we even do not have PNG games, but once they'll back I'll do my best to have RTP listed on game files. Please allow some times.
Cs is not just bad but awful, mentioned how misrepresenting the "Don't miss to big win" emails were, their reply was that they removed me from the promo mailings.

Mate, no offence, but what do you mean by seem? So we reseted it or now for you? If yes - I will be happy to check for you. Maybe it is linked to the fact that currently all our game providers at N1 licensed via MGA, nothing from Curacao. Maybe there was a switch of license or something like this.
And lastly the "level up" is seriously bad, fs winnings have 25x wagering. Considering how much you have to wager to level up its just ridiculously bad.
