Why is someone scared to answer the question? Just like when I asked Dan in the pragmatic play thread about whether they would consider advising players that the RTP was lowered if it is... Silence... No comment, even after a reminder.

So the question remains : N1 Casino / Lady Hammer and several others are provided games by Softswiss. You are an employee of Softswiss - Are your games from ANY manufacturer offered at Lower RTP settings than what the factory default is (Highest RTP).

If you do not have an answer YET - no issues, but please advise accordingly.

I think the question is a kind of a tricky one. Especially to @Dan_Pragmatic
He would be kind of advising players where to play by doing so. And I think that’s a no no.
Also, in advising the players the rtp has been lowered at certain casinos on his games he would be alienating his customers (the casinos) who are choosing to offer games at lower rtp. I don’t think he would answer a question like that to be honest. He would be putting himself in quite the situation if he did.

As for homebert...he has no obligation. Don’t think it’s any rules. The RTPs are stated somewhere in their games like all casinos.

So, Re PNG RTP - I was told it can be found in game files at casino. I was not able to find, so I addressed question again. But PNG is not available now, and the team busy to bring it back. I will provide answer when I can. Sorry, I can't see where I'm here guilty or did something wrong. If you have feeling PNG have bad setting or something like this - just pick other provider.

And yes, I'll update you ASAP (once I hear more news from responsible team).

From January one there is something with contract with PNG and quickfire. Guys already finishing renewing it with both PNG and quickfire, and both providers will be available again a week or so. Sorry for the troubles.

You really should have one topic open just for direx sites. Its not related to N1.

So it happened again. Loki casino. After i had to verify myself with selfie at megawins, this is 2nd direx casino in a row that wants me to do to all the stupid stuff. Not only that but my cashout wasnt put on hold, it was cancelled and put back into my balance. They obviously dont mind me playing with that money, but cashing out without fulfilling all the ridiculous stuff is apparently impossible.

Mind you im verified at like 5 or 6 direx casinos already. Probably even more. I even had to pass that ridiculous selfie verificiation that you said its not going to be used often, but just in random cases. Well it appears its a norm now. Ive been playing at direx places for years, i was never highroller but i do deposit a few times a month and as i said im verified at pretty much all of their sites already. Apparently that doesnt stop Loki from cancelling my cashout and asking for yet another selfie id.

they actually have gambling limits, its just hidden. Its not on your profile page like on other direx sites. You have to go to responsible gambling page with lots of info and on the bottom of it there is a bright blue link (on white background) that leads you to deposit limits. Still better than no limits but its obvious this was done on purpose.

Those who have a lower setting of RTP on games from PNG is often hiding it, while those who have the highest do list the RTP.

I know I also search for that information on one of your sites but took for granded that you had the lowest settings since it wasn't there.
For me that is a reason for not using the casino at all, and I believe many do the same. Just something to think about :)

Although he's more than capable, I'm also tagging in @Casinomeister and @maxd because youre correct - the thread SHOULD be directed to your concerns and properties. Like the Cap'n (back when) is/was good inna crunch, he shouldnt be responsible for his peers' presence.

Re: Pragmatic - I was asking Dan if this is something they would consider or implement for the sake of transparency.

The ultimate goal here is to protect players. A LARGE percentage of players have no clue that games are offered at different RTP's and IMHO, this is extremely important for players.

In some jurisdictions it is legislated at what percentages games should be offered, in others, there is no such rule.

Play'n Go as an example, offer percentages as low as 84% - and no, the RTP's for PNG games at Direx properties are not stated in the help files - This is the reason for the query.

RTP shouldn't be a mystery or hidden from players. It makes a fundamental difference to your play / bankroll. Of course Homrbert has no obligation to report on it - but why wouldn't you want to report on it to begin with?

Btw, guys, I've just got a good idea that I can check RTP of each provider for recent months at N1 :) I guess I'm not breaking anything by providing this numbers :D Numbers obviously can vary, but still:

November 2018:

PNG: 97.04%
NetEnt: 96.87%
QF:93.93%

@homerbert - Thanks bud - I suppose most players are not interested in what PNG is doing overall, but rather the individual game settings. That RTP could be skewered by a big hit on any slot overall.

So its a case of - would you rather play Reactoonz on 84% or 96%.... I suppose you get the gist of my post.

I do not see anything strange here. We have A LOT of players, and it is obvious that there is always will be people like:

- Oh, I did not knew it is not allowed to create 254 accounts to claim freechip.

- Ohoh, duplicated accounts is my mother and father they liked your casino so much! (claimed only SUB and played same games, aha).

No mate, I can't see anything strange here. People who have good experience (and we have MUCH MORE such players) - do not post complaints.

Cs is not just bad but awful, mentioned how misrepresenting the "Don't miss to big win" emails were, their reply was that they removed me from the promo mailings.

Also they seem to have reset all Yggdrasil progress.

And lastly the "level up" is seriously bad, fs winnings have 25x wagering. Considering how much you have to wager to level up its just ridiculously bad.

They did have some decent offers in the xmas calendar though but that and Amandas bonusback isn't enough to keep me playing there. And why give my details to Betchan casino?

Same IP adress is the problem for all complaints , most of them are solved and users got their money back , but why your sistem detects so many same Ip adresses?

And you can ask another 5 times - nothing will change. Customer support guys do not have such information, unfortunately. Currently we even do not have PNG games, but once they'll back I'll do my best to have RTP listed on game files. Please allow some times.

Mate, no offence, but what do you mean by seem? So we reseted it or now for you? If yes - I will be happy to check for you. Maybe it is linked to the fact that currently all our game providers at N1 licensed via MGA, nothing from Curacao. Maybe there was a switch of license or something like this.

Thanks for feedback about lvl up. Basically, we are getting good results with current levels, but I will be happy to hear your more detailed opinion. And remember - levels are basically on top all our other offers (Freespins, reloads, cash drops, etc etc etc).

Please clarify, what do you mean by giving your details? It is two different casinos, owned by different people, and both casinos run by completely different teams. If you can give me more info - I will be MORE than happy to check.
