Hey @dionysus

I'm sorry that I was not able to help you during this trouble - I was on short absence from forum due to HELL LOT OF WORK HOW MUCH work.... :D

But I'm here, and if the problem will appear again - let me know. Also I will try to check with the guys why it happened.

BR,

@homerbert

So... since you are now available. Can you answer the same question I asked you several times. Why no more etransfers withdrawals at N1? Many softswiss casinos decided to take it away and it seems impossible to know the truth. I used to play at n1, paradise and ladyhammer who still all accepts etransfer deposits but don’t offer the withdrawal option. Asking support won’t do anything else than being told that they cant speak about it for a weird reason. This is free, fast and reliable for players. Is it because you are charged for withdrawals and prefer to offer a method that the fees are the player’s responsbility? If thats the case, I can understand. Meanwhile I play at slotwolf and bitstarz because you know... etransfer withdrawls.

If it's so funny, maybe you can continue this fun and send me email?

Br,

I find it funny because I have been asking this simple question for months and you tell me everything is working after asking your collegues. Everybody always so busy at softswiss but all I receive is wrong info and lazy responses. I asked you this at first and you took a month to reply. So yes, it’s funny. Don’t be mad buddy but its the truth. This is not the kind of service I was used to at n1. Remember about a year ago when I won a jackpot there? You gave me good advice, took care of everything. You were awesome. I don’t know how busy you guys are but nowadays, it’s pretty average.

@homerbert I have a declined withdrawal of 750€
I’m a Very experienced player and never break the t/c nor trying to take advantage of the casinos.
However the stalling tactics from your end is unbelievable!
I send in following docs:

-passport
—social Security card
-bill-Electric company
-credit card
-selfie with passport
-bank trans on the deposit
In addition to above mentioned we use keycard in Denmark to deposit, which is very Secure!
In the meantime I’m getting blastered with new offers -:)
Would you kindly take a look homer?

Hi @homerbert,

I sent you a pm and left numerous messages via the contact form on the website. Live chat is still not available. My deposit was debited from my Neteller account but not credited to my N1 account. After 30 minutes or so the amount changed from pending to rejected??

There's obviously something seriously wrong here. Even more concerning is that it's now 7 hours later and I still haven't received a reply from your customer service. My payment still shows as rejected. I have sent proof of my Neteller payment via the aforementioned contact form.

I would appreciate your help.

Hello mate!

Indeed there appears few such problems raised after our payment provider for this method changed their API (integration). The team currently investigating all such cases, and your money will be credited ASAP.

I already saw your PM and sent your account to faster check if possible, but well...Please some more time mate :(

Glad to hear, I was a bit worried because I had still not received a reply from CS after 7 hours. I'll wait, and thanks for your help Homerbert! :)

Signed up here since I saw it was accredited and they accept players from Cyprus. Not much luck, finally got a little balance so I requested a small withdrawal. Sent in the documents they asked for and then the stalling techniques started.

I used a card that expired in May so I provided proof that the card belonged to me on a bank statement which they rejected. I provided the exact sane document (bank statement) for my current card which they accepted. They then said they accepted the doc as an address verification document, which is not true.

I went to my bank who said the only document they could issue is a bank statement as proof that the card belonged to me. They then started asking for a bank statement showing all the deposits I made with that card which makes no sense.

They're making up rules and procedures as they go along and they cannot explain their reasoning at all. I feel bad for the support team for having to implement this non-sense although they seem to back it.

I work in the KYC world so I get how it all works but holy shit do they make it fucking tedious.

Knowing you’d check hoping you’d deposit :axeman:
lol well, it worked entirely in a counter-productive manner
my last deppo lasted minutes and the sad 17 cents was a reminder :D
