N1 is the best casino for Canadians. I just cashed out 20 min ago. It was approved by N1 and I already received the message from Gigadat. There's no reason for Canadians to play anywhere else.

20 min cashout processed? Unheard of out here. They also have a good bonus system.

Med rtp on many games. Regular deposit bonuses have 50x wager. Nope. They have a lot of positive but not the best. Paradise casino was IMO the best n1 liscensed place to play before they changed their bonus terms to add a stupid 3000$ Max cashout. They have high rtp versions on every game, their vip manager is the worst dishonest person I ever spoke to though. Amanda at n1 is much much better.

I don't know about N1, I had a bad experience there recently. I made a deposit and then inquired if I would receive the bonus on chat. I was told no as there was some issue. So I asked what the issue was, the response I received was that they did not have to disclose their security practices to me. Well I didn't ask what their security practices were, I asked what was the issue. They then proceeded to send me their Terms and Conditions link in the chat, indicating that any winning could be confiscated, geez thanks for that. So I asked them to return my deposit, well they would not do that either as I was required to wager it 3x in order to withdraw it. I wrote them through support and asked how can I wager the funds when you are threatening to confiscate any winning due to an account irregularity that they still have never provided any information on. They never would return the deposit and it was a mess. I played my deposit and closed the account, would not bother with that again.

Well the best agents at a softswiss used to be the agents working at softswiss so the team you can interact with at n1 or paradise. Over time the best ones went to work at other departments, became supervisor or got their fake name changed just to be sure its hard enough or impossible to become friends. I can understand though... gamblers are not always nice and the last thing you want when you manage a support agent team is than when one of them receive threats from a crazy customer, its possible to trace the agent. Nobody would do this job. Even in belarus :p

Then came covid...with the increase of customers, the wait went up to 30 minutes at one point. They started to add many agents, the more they could actually. At this point it became very very bad. Clueless at best. But what are they suppose to do without proper basic training. I can’t count the times I teached them how to do their job or at least try to. Most of them were always open minded about it and eventually lead to nice conversation that I am sure we both enjoyed. So if an agent is telling you nonsense, come back in 30 minutes to speak to somebody else. Chances are this person will fix your issue in 5 seconds. All of this is only valid for homemade softswiss support. The other ones, be my guess ;)
There is one exeption. Casinouniverse. They are not from belarus. Finnish If I am not mistaken. You speak to the manager most of the time on chat, they are open to negociate bonus and terms. And they know their stuff. Thats precious these days.
