    Hi chaps, can't find a rep for Mytouch ... is there one. I had a small win at the weekend and attempted to withdraw, went through the tedious upload process and got the 'not verified' message ... contacted support and not had a reply (or even an acknowledment) ... anyone any experience of these people please ? Roger

    It continues with them questioning the quality of the scanned card ... BS - it's been accepted by other casinos ... coming on for a week now just getting authorisation let alone a payout ... never again ... when will these people learn. On a brighter note just for a change a few words of praise from me for videoslots ... fast response to queries and payouts and good cashback etc. I'll probably stick to them in the future.

    Where on earth are you guys always finding these casinos? I am always surprised that there is no end to the amount of online casinos.

    And why on earth are you playing at one like MyTouch? GBP1500 weekly withdrawal limit, GBP10.000 limit/month for progressives etc etc:eek:

    No, you are not an idiot. You are just not careful enough where you deposit your hard earned cash :p

    I am actually sometimes quite thankful for this kind of thread as it will warn me of the bad apples out there. ;)

    Ever since i found CM i only registered at CM accredited casinos and never had any issues whatsoever. There might be other good ones out there but you can never be sure, however you can if they are accredited here. :thumbsup: :D
