My worst ever bonus (yeah, Bonanza)

I decided to have a go on Bonanza last night, started off on £0.60 spins, base game was not too bad, but 500 spins in no bonus.
I upped to £0.80 and carried on to 1300 spins, still no bonus and my £400 deposit was gone.
Deposited another £300.00 and upped to a pound a spin, after only 30 odd spins the bonus dropped in, just the normal 12 spin one. After 7 spins I was only on a 3x multiplier when it retriggered, so five extra spins, great I thought, it's going to pick up now, and then only two spins later it retriggered again! So in effect I was now playing a 22 spin bonus, this has to pay right?!.... Does it fuck, the multiplier went up to the dizzy heights of 5x, dead spin after dead spin.... In the end it paid me.... Wait for it...... £4.55 four and a half X.... WTF! Off 22 spins!

Anyway, I carried on sticking to one pound spins, because normally the next bonus tends to come in quicker than the first, and it did, and unbelievably it was a cascade of the G O L D followed by two plus fives, so twenty two spins again! It's got to pay now surely, just to make up for the vile shite of the last bonus, well this time it paid 81x which in my opinion is still fucking awful off 22 spins... Fuck you BTG!

I thought it was just me it was playing awful for, I've swore never to play it again (but even I know that's a lie), its not that it won't bonus for me (that's normal, gone over 3000 spins a few times, but normal makes up for it with several quick bonuses after a long dead spell) but past few months its just stolen balances.

I have to believe now its been changed, over 20 sessions where I barely managed 60% RTP for a slot that used to be king for wagering. It ate 500x stake last week across 2 casinos very quickly. Survivor also seems to play awful these days as well.

Strangely enough I noticed last night that I had never seen so many GOL, without dropping the D. Another thing lately is the 117 showing reasonably often but being a dead spin 90% of the time. No doubt this slot goes through phases but this one feels over controlled, whereas usually you can almost convince yourself it’s random.

If my deposit is half decent I alternate between various stakes for 50 spins to see which one feels better. Last night it was not great on 60p and a quid so upped to 2 quid for the last 50 as was bored and it was like a new lease of life. I've had a zero bonus before, pretty much stopped playing it after that, think it was a £2 stake and it took around 1000 spins and 300x stake to get it. Have a very rare session now and then, maybe once a month, but only with excess winnings, like when I withdraw and leave a bit to play with, when I'm bored with other games will have a bash on it now and then.

Cashed out £550 profit from my peak of 830-ish. Funny that the worst of all the features was 8x and came when I raised to £2 a spin for 50 spins.

So stuck 40 in tonight played at 60p spins, got another 8 features peak balance 300-odd, cashed out 160. It was weird, as the features just 'topped up' my bankroll but I never got really well up like this morning's video.

So 17 features today from about 70 L's.

See I’ve been playing as long as the rest, idiotic amount of spins and my best base game I can’t even remember, had 500x in the bonus (big wow) gonzo would smash it..

It goes through bad patches that is for sure but the only reason it’s so noticed is because it’s one of the most played. Put the same amount of spins through any slot and 99% of the time you’ll come out worse off.

For the record and members who say it never pays, I beg to differ. I have got literally hundreds of these and that’s not an exaggeration!!!!
