My Worst Casino Experience Ever

Exactly the same as spintee to the letter. Waiting on an email to log into my slotsmagic account. What's so magic anyway lol?

Received an email from slotsmagic with new login details. They didn't work.

HOW ARE THEY GETTING IT SO WRONG?

First of I no this casino has had its fair share of arss kicking but I thought I give a try as was given free spins,

I will start of with I could log in, No live help so sent a password request, Ten minutes later nothing so resent it, Still nothing so sent an email, A while later I received an email with a new password, So I try and log in and nothing, Than I remembered I requested twice so waited till a 2nd one was sent, Try logging in and nothing, Than I remembered about username being your email & not the actual user name ?

Any way it finally worked :) Well thats what I thought, Played my free games, 75 spins on ninja master, This took about half an hour to play out :mad: I had downloaded the casino by now so try that, Every spin or second spin (Error) auto game cut out and try reopen, When you try shut it down it open up again with more pages, Now if somebody did not no about the task manager than they would of had to switch the computer of,

Any way been trying for ages and still the same? Like I said I no they have had problems but surely they still cannot still be happening?

Anyway if you was wondering what casino if you have not guessed by now its slotsmagic, I have some funds in there with a wager attached but unusable, Any body else having theses issues,

Ok, I waited for the FULL 15 minutes for "Ninja Master" to load. Was I impressed? Erm...no!

The 75 free spins seemed to take forever, with probably the least exciting bonus feature known to mankind being activated at least nine times.

Anyway! I now have £27.43 to spend! No idea what the WR is for this - I suspect something daft like 75X???? But anyway, needless to say, I won't be spending it on "ninja Master" :p

Little update

On my third login details today however this didn't give me access to my account. Me and Customer Support are working hard together to get me into my account soon.

Gave the rep my phone number so she or one of the team can contact me directly.

I just logged in to see what the fuss is about and I also found 75 free spins on ninja which is a nice suprise, further more the game loaded normally and the spins wizzed past so no lag or any problems playing my end?!

Ok, thought I'd spend my "haul" on Lucky Angler, which is a good-all-rounder kind of NetEnt slot. I finally sussed that the bonus wager is 30X, not 75X, which is, at least, theoretically "do-able". SlotsMagic's site does not, as far as I can tell, offer a facility which tells you how much you have left to wager on bonuses. Not good.

Credit where credit's due - the slot DID NOT actually crash on me, not even once.

BUT...you could tell it WANTED to. It was TRYING. So HARD.

Every 30p spin laboriously dawdled for at least 25 seconds before grudgingly going into motion.

I was scared to open up a background web browser window in case it pushed it "over the edge".

Well, 15 or so spins went by, taking at least 6 or 7 minutes....and I began to lose patience. No wins of any substance recorded. I wanted bonus rounds. I wanted them now!

Well, thanks to SlotsMagic for reminding me why I don't play there, if nothing else!
 
Over the past 24 hrs we had intermittent software issues because some updates we were implementing went wrong . It affected some players and not others but all players who reported problems to our Support have been contacted.

The software was later rolled back and everything has been reported as working well again , I see from a later post by you spintee and the post by babyjoker this afternoon that this is indeed the case.

If you do face issues in the future please contact our Support where things can be fixed straight away or at least to get some updates that may help.

Our sincere apologies to all of you who had these problems

Thank you, It did get going real fine at the end, But I built my balance up to near 200 than it vanished, I am pretty sure the play turn over does not calculate correct,

I hit it at the wrong time as really put me off, I could not contact support as there was none? Yes there was a number but forget hat as would of cost me a fortune, It was really was the worst time I experienced on any casino, I am sure If I had a good time I would of been a different post,

Maybe in the near future I give another try as you have a wide variety of game's, But I canot deal with the long lags or no live help, I do not like talking to help but at least it there to give you some reinsurance
