about my visit to King Billy Casino

(Where I closed my account today due to many strange inconsistencies because I don't think it's serious?)

So after I signed up there days ago and deposited a few hundred Euros
nothing won but ok it can also be bad luck and not bad odds....? :cool:

But today I get an email that I've been promoted to the level Baron
and they congratulate me on the status
and ad 200 free spins as well also 5% cashback ect..

but after I asked in the chat where the free spins could be redeemed..

I got the answer it was a mistake I'm not in level Baron ect..?:confused:

But then the in the chat i asked
what was going on
because I uploaded all my documents for verification days ago
but these have not been processed until today..!?

Then he given me the following information in the chat


The documents will only be processed when I make a payout ..!?

So I've been playing online for about 25 years now
and it has the aftertaste of dubious Caribbean license casinos ?
that annoy you for weeks despite many deposits in the event of a small win...!?

I have a feeling that this is some sort of misunderstanding. Let me clarify it for you.

Sorry for my silence,

We had to double check everything properly with our Team.
During that day of the highlighted problem, we faced technical bugs with e-mail notifications regarding statuses, about what the player was informed in live-chat and additionally via a notification on the website. The actual status of the account can be checked by the user in their profile.
According to our verification, process, the documents are to be verified prior to approving the withdrawal request. Therefore such docs as proof of payment, address etc. can be verified after the withdrawal request only. We would also like to point out, that in case a document is rejected, the player receives the notification via e-mail with a reason of rejection.
