Just kind of wanted to post a little bit about my experience with this casino.

So far I've been rather impressed with the cash out process. Submit a request for a cash out and receive it normally within 24 hours of the next business day. For example I've cashed out twice on a Saturday so far. Monday normally around 3:00 PM central my payout is sitting in my ewallet. For a rival casino that seems abnormally fast.

Only reason why I'm going to say that is it seems like Rock Bet on the other hand is giving me the run around. Telling me that there having processor problems and it would be suggested that I use an alternative ewallet than my preferred one. So I go ahead and do that. So far am in the waiting period for Rock Bet to flush it again. So we'll see how well that goes.

Also as posted in another thread, I've hit decently once again on Cherry Red. Was given the same song and dance about them having issues withdrawing to that particular ewallet that I really like.

So I guess what I'm eventually getting to the point of. How is that 2 out of 3 casinos cannot for the strangest reason withdrawal to one particular ewallet, when the other can do it no complaints, no questions asked? Seems a bit odd don't you think?

So, so far I can give Kudos to Mayan for some of the best customer service that I've seen.

As for my luck with club world it kind of seems nil unfortunately. About to go back to mayan and play with them for a while. Not a big fan of loosing half o my winning from another casino to another one and not really reap any real benefits if you know what I mean ;)

Rockbet, and Mayan use the same payment processor; Pantasia.
Pantasia also have their own casinos called Pantasia and Mayan Fortune :rolleyes:

So either Pantasia are processing transactions for their own casinos ASAP ahead of others in the queue, or RockBet are feeding you BS...

Either way, at least Mayan are on this planet when it comes to bonus WRs (7 places above Rockbet in my ranking list), so I would just stick to them. :thumbsup:
