My wife is Czech and has several Czech friends in the UK who work in law - so I could ask them.
But what's the point of that and all the speculation in this thread when we haven't given the casino rep the chance to look into this situation and come back with an answer?
I know Elliot personally and I'm sure he will do his very best to sort this out.

Live chat isn't the place to sort out these kinds of issues. Front line CSRs just don't have the clout to change policy on the run for certain players.
The "front line" people of most, if not all businesses, get their operational guidelines from higher up. We're both Aussie, go to Bunnings for instance with a purchased product but you've lost the receipt. In my case it was 2.7metre long pruning stick. Certainly something you can't stuff down ya pants :D Management had to type in the product number & serial code to prove my claim it was from that store.

Point is, maybe we shouldn't discuss or accept chat transcripts, instead, wait for the i-rep.

That was actually very good KK, good for your kids too, to know the language.
My oldest (4) is bilingual as well, but yeah, the irish accent wins ;)
