My Own Stupid Fault For Playing At Rushmore

I absolutely knew better than to ever play at Rushmore, but I like the Rushmore Riches slot, and thought id play $25 just for fun..not to win...well I did well at it,then played the $5 Aztec Warrior and got up to $800 and made a withdrawal. The withdrawal was approved on Dec. 2nd..they will tell you fourteen business days until the bank wire is sent. That is today, the bank wire was never sent, naturally.

And I am getting lots of balony every time I call. Live chat,'Betty' told me this morning it had been sent. I waited six hours,nothing..called..asked to speak to a supervisor when I was told the wire handnt been sent. No supervisors there of course.Told there must be a problem, write to support@Rushmore,blah,blah,blah. No response of course. Like I said,my own stupid fault..never again...

Oh yes they do because some people can't stay away even though they know they should.
Please when/if you get paid, don't go back.

@ the OP - even if there is a rep somewhere, it might not get you paid any quicker...but at least it will give you someone to write to every day.

At one time they were a decent casino , anyone remember Lightening Louise ? They paid and the service was great, thought Rushmore was gonna give the other RTG casinos a run for their money , then they just went to well SHIT !

Please do your self a favor and just remove them from your casino once you do get paid , you will thank yourself later , that is a promise

You were lucky, that's quite good for a Rushmore outfit. Usually their cheques/payments are like Santa Claus - they drop into your house once a year. Perhaps Santa does their annual cheque/bank wire run for them.....

Getting Paid from Rushmore

Crazy, we all want to play at the casinos where we can win, but it seems harder to win at casinos that have great reputations (like Alladins Gold-Club World) When we win at the good places its all good but too seldom in my experience. I used to play a lot at the Virtual group. Rushmore & Captain jack were two of my favorites and I won a ton of money there but just like you said, you have to wait forever to get paid. Having said that I would like to say that I did get paid every single time. Usually in 5-8 weeks and a few times in less than 2 weeks. I quit taking bonuses a long time ago since when you do, they got you by the you know what and can use some little technicality to keep from paying you. I always tried to be patient and know that I would have to wait for the money when I won, but at the same time stay in touch every week or so and ask for updates on the payment being processed. All the while trying to be polite and not waste their time.

I do remember early on they offered me 200% bonuses at Captain Jack with 10X playthrough and no max cash out on Video Poker. I did take those and won a lot then the quit offering them to me and eventually even blocked me from even playing for no reason at all other than I kept winning. They did it by setting my minimum and maximum deposit amount at $1. They say its the processor doing it but that's a lie and we all know it.
Best advice is play somewhere else if you want to get your money quick and easy.
