My Nightmare Continues with Club World Check Withdraws- USA Players

Hey Friends,

Im the original person that started this post. just an update on my situation, NOTHING. cs said it should be here early this week. i havent even got the tracking info yet, so im doubtful about the time period given by cs. i asked why such a long delay, they said increases in check courier volume is at fault.

Also, Club World Casino Group should update the withdraw time periods on the site to reflect what the current times are. its misleading and is very unprofessional. also they dont even have the 'paymycard' option mentioned at all. how long would it take to update their sites, 20 seconds?

i have not had to wait this long in over 6 years, for my money. its truly sucks waiting like this. tomorrow will be the aug 20th, and my withdraw is from july 29. actually, im thinking this might rnd up be the longest ive ever had to wait since i started playing blackjack online over 8 years ago. truly frustrating.

whoever is still keeping up on this, ill post again soon.

Simply put 'if you live in the USA then Club World is not for you.' For over a year, they keep encountering problems with payments to players from this country. Other accredited RTGs do not have such problems well at least not on the same scale as them.

The best advice I can offer is to use the PaymyCard option for withdrawals of up to $1,000. There is only a $9 fee and from the approval date, it only takes 2-3 business days to appear in your account.

You can also break up larger w/d into multiple Paymycard w/d/

The check option is usually 10 days to arrive from date of approval.

But...........you WILL GET PAID from Club World Group. Do not worry in that regard.

"Pay My Card" IS listed in the cashier at CWC. If you look at the list of options on the left side of your screen, there is a button for "more options"........... click that.

I assume that - as per my last post - I responded too late to Tom on Friday to have my PayMyCard withdrawal started that day. I waited over the weekend, and now as I just got home from work, I see that my withdrawal of $500 has been corrected to $150 (I had used a $15 free chip and hadn't thoroughly read the terms stating that $150 was max cash out) and changed from courier cheque to PayMyCard.

The new date on the withdrawal in today, 8/20... Because I'm still seeing it in my cashier, I assume it hasn't actually been started yet, but is still pending. If that's the case, that's a little disappointing, as I was under the impression it was going to be pushed through.

Tom told me he would wave the $9 fee for me, which I appreciate. I was hoping to get this done expeditiously, as we are leaving for vacation at the end of the week, so it looks like I have a shot at achieving that, depending on how soon the PayMyCard comes out of pending status.

I must admit, though, reading of other US players issues of late, I have downloaded INetBet and I'm going to play some there. It's kind of bittersweet, though, as I've been strictly CW casinos for the past several years.
 
From my experience with checks, it takes 7 days from the day it was processed to be sent. Then it take 3 days to get it. Even though it comes Fedex it still takes 3 days.

Atleast that is the way it has been for me anyway, I hope this helps.

my last recent check withdraw took the same amount of time. 7 days to get the tracking info, then for some reason, the check took 3 days to make it to my house from the fedex office here in the usa thats only 45 minutes away. go figure. just terrible
 
I have written this before somewhere, but you can call FedEx, let them know you are trying to track a package but do not have a tracking number. Let them know it is coming express saver envelope, and they will ask you for some information and let you know if it was sent or not. If it was sent they will let you know what day it will arrive.

Consistently the paymycard option is only 2-3 business days from approval to being in my account. There is a $9 fee.

The checks are FREE over $700, I think -------but I would rather get it sooner and pay the $9 even if larger w/d have to be broken up into $1000 chunks for PMC.

Not to be rude, but just to say; had you done your withdrawal request for 1100.00 cw would have taken the 100 bonus and still given you the 1000 withdrawable amount. Check with live help whenever doing a withdrawal and they are extremely helpful and can even sometimes tell you which is the best method to use at that time. Also I have played at bingo sites and casinos and even at bingo sites you have to read the terms and conditions at each site because they are not all the same. JMHO

Thank you for the information. Very much appreciated. I had only $1000 when I went to withdraw. On the cashier page it had $1000 in the withdrawable box so I thought that was a cash value since I had used (I assumed) part of the bonus before I won.
For me, the language is different for bonuses on casinos vs online bingo. In bingo, you can't withdraw bonus money but you can withdraw the wins from bonus money.(they keep the amounts separate) When I had read the rules at Club World, I understood it as the same kind of rules. I guess I was confused by the playthru rules definitions. I thought that's what determined whether you could cash out or not. I didn't realize that you had to meet playthru AND would have bonus given removed at withdrawal request. I now know the difference :)...
I have played online bingo for over 4 years so I really am familiar with reading t&c's and I definitely do on any site I might want to deposit at.
I had no idea that casinos were so different, but I am slowly learning.

just let everyone know i finally got my fedex tracking # yesterday, august 21. since this withdraw started on july 29, that only took a good 23 days. i should be getting the check on august 23, making this officially my longest withdraw time of 25 long days.

never in the 8+ years that ive played online did i have to wait like this, just terrible.

but, looks as though the club world nightmare has ended..... until the next time.

My final analysis: This issue was handled very professionally and efficiently. While I have shopped around and played a little at INetBet this week, I think I will be staying with CW. I like Inet very much, but now that CW has shown me that the PayMyCard option works for us here in the US, I will be spending my time playing at their casinos, as I've grown fond of them.

I do like INetBet, though... I just really enjoy CW, and as long as it seems I won't have any problems making withdrawals here in the US, I will be staying with them. :)

Nice. Happy to hear it eventually ended up ok. im gonna use 'pay my card' for now on, even it means breaking withdraws up that are more than $1000, into a couple of seperate withdraws.

Concerning my club world nightmare, I guess thursday is the lucky day for club world money, cause i finally got my check today around 1:30 pm eastern time.

wow, ive never had to wait this long before. what a stretch from my request date of july 29, until today aug 23. now just have to wait 1 more business day for it to fully clear. a long 26 day stretch.

hope this experience helps other members who are currently going thru the same thing, waiting and wondering when will i get my money. thanks for all the feedback, its really the only way to know what is truly going on out there.

clubworld very slow pay

I have been playing at clubworld for a few years. I am a usa player so dont have too many options. Over the years I have deposited a LOT of money and have requested maybe 4 withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal on Aug 15. It did not get approved intil Aug 21. Its an ACH withdrawal and here it is aug 28 and still no pay. I have contacted support every few days and get the same response. "We are sorry for the delay but you should get your payout soon" Why does it take so damn long. Its not a lot of money...less than $800. Can anyone refer a good casino that allows USA players with a better cashout system?? I wont be able to keep playing at clubworld if this is going to happen all the time

for usa players, the fastest withdraws will be thru moneygram/western union. usually you request it the morning hours and by the nest day, it will be ready to be picked up. ive also seen a few casinos who have samd-day payouts using moneygram/western union, but those are even fewer in number.

ive noticed alot of sportsbooks have this withdraw option, not to many casinos though. i think bovado and intertops has them. the downside is the huge fees you have to pay. could be anywhere from $12-$100 or more. dont ask me why its that high for a withdraw, because the fees for a deposit of the same amount is no way near as much. go figure.

oh yeah, youll get your money, it usually comes later than sooner though.

They do pay fast and as for live chat, most of the time its not needed. I just emailed support at Inet and got a reply in 4 minutes. I'll stick with them as my go to casino.

The thing that pisses me off about this kind of crap is WHY make us paranoid???...Its not good business for the casino....COMMUNICATE!! And preferably the TRUTH! You will surly communicate if we are about to deposit...live chat is so helpful with deposits so you assume you will get the same kindness and then you cash out and miraculously no one seems to be available straight away anymore??
If you ignore us and pass the buck, then we start to have unnecessary worry DAILY we have to come here. It discredits your casino and wastes time (that no one has) trying to find out if we are going to get screwed out of what rightfully belongs to us. The casino is not doing me a FAVOR by allowing me to get my winnings. *rant over* carry on...
