I've tried all sorts of things - from selling my pc - smashing up the router - cutting the Ethernet cable - not paying my bill (sky cleared my balance not v helpful at the time! ) . i am now on gamstop and i still managed to play last night !

so @dutchyboy enjoy the money and sell your story to as many newspapers as possible you could also approach the casinos and offer to be their poster boy for a few £$

keep it in mind god help that you don't but if you did lose it you might be able to make some of it back with a before and after story you could wear a false moustache and glasses .

The actual post said "gamble it all back and more" so don't worry, you actually proved it wrong. Doing bigger bets with bigger balance is the only logical thing. You just need to know when to stop.
With what you say you did great at that front. Keep it like that, most of us are here for you if you need help with anything.

The important thing is you realized that kind of luck is over and now it is time to just enjoy life. Go for a quick trip, France-Italy-Spain are always good. Germany is right next to you.
Let your body and mind relax and then go back to your regular life. Forget about gambling for as long as possible.
