First of all, I'm sorry for "revival" this post. And I'm sorry too for my awful english (I'm spanish) and finally I'm happy because i feel a little relieve to had found you.

My case is quite similar to the other person here, I deposited 2000eur and reached 15.000eur, I didnt accept any bonus
Reading their terms and conditions I saw the maximum withdrawal are 1000euros week ..OK. But finally they will give me only 500 and another 500 was returned to my bank casino , the live chat girl said me: 1000EUR is the maximum but may be less!! , depending on the activity of the casino!!!!
It means if I do not play next week (that is what I want, not play , I just want my winnings ) they wont give me nothing? . this is super unfair and think I can never get that money :(

I'm really afraid they will close my account without reason as they did with the post person. I know the casinos sucks, so im hopelees for those 15.000 but at least, I would like my 2.000Eur back...

I would suggest that you start your own thread and have nothing more to do with this thread.And maybe there will be some response to your plea,s for help. This is a great place for help and we try to give everyone the best shot.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff​

OK so either you are pulling our leg or you really don't understand the meaning of impotence. I suspect you are trying to pull our leg -- or perhaps in your case -- your leg. LOL.

Not sure if you were joking eitherbut that was a rather unnecessary post to the OP who already explained his English isn't great.

Now back to OPs query. I am taking it you have received the first 500 withdrawal.

The casino isn't the best and hopefully now you have found this site you will use the accredited casinos to avoid problems like this in the future.

If they have paid the first 500 then I would just have to accept the limits and take the weekly amount till you have been paid in full. Hopefully you will get paid it eventually. The other post was totally different circumstances from yours.

Like I said if you have received the first 500 then its a good start anyway. Maybe if they stop paying or find excuses KK could find out from his contact whats happening.

Best of luck and hope you receive all money. It was a lot to deposit but you know now it wasn't a good idea. Hopefully if you continue to gamble online you will use the trustworthy casinos from now on.
 
Don`t play and wait. They will pay you. But please be aware that there are a lot of better casinos around. Please don`t play the money back.

Difficult to give you any advice without knowing which casino you are dealing with.

In most cases it is advisable to keep things out of public as long as possible and do what you can via PM/e-mail/phone.
You can PM the casino rep if the casino has one at this forum. Continue to withdraw and most importantly don't play back your winnings.

I would consider a PAB only when there has been non-payment or some very obvious stalling tactics. I would recommend to play some low HE games like Blackjack to keep them happy with some playing activity but not losing everything back. Don't settle just with €2k. You've won €15k and you should be paid €15k.

Well as far as I remember this Winward guys might not win any CM-rewards but they are also not rogued. The are in the reservation (Top Game Casinos). I see a very realistic chance for you to get paid, but please be patient! Don't blow it away!

The other guy got his account closed for different reasons.

If they have already paid you 500 then less chance of it happening. So could you tell us if you received the first 500 into your neteller yet or are you still waiting on it.

And you can thank posts after you have made 10 posts in the forum then a thanks button will appear at bottom of all posts.

I can't repeat it often enough: Don't squander it mate. Stay strong! And keep us informed.
And don't be afraid about them closing your account. Only the notorious rogues "steal" money like that. With all others you have really realistic chances to get your money. And I don't know about you, but €15k sounds like quite a lot to me.

This is my first post and I read tons of articles on here and it's funny I often question some of the complaints are they really true? It makes me afraid to deposit money. My suggestion is maybe some are legit and others are not or exaggerated since casino gets bad reputation maybe can give final ruling to say Casino did wrong or the gambler or person complaining was not honest and did blahh blahh blahh. I know this sight has lots of info so maybe it does have stories like that if so please send link sounds like fun reading.

What would be the basis of the PAB?
The casino is paying out in accordance with it's own T&Cs - there is nothing to bitch about.
Only if they stop paying would there be a cause for complaint.

As with the original player who started this thread, I am confident that wii will get ALL their winnings if they remain patient and don't do something silly, like gamble it all away.

There is no TG casino in this universe, let alone this planet, which is trustworthy of a ultralow deposit of $10, let alone a $2000 deposit.

They "threaten" every player with non-payment:

- you don't play - it is the inactivity
- you play - it is not allowed while you have a withdrawal pending and winnings (either all or just from the continued play) are forfeited
- you play and win more - they lower the withdrawal limit
- etc etc
- you play and lose it all - THEY HAVE ACHIEVED THEIR GOAL OF NOT HAVING TO PAY THE PLAYER AND ARE HAPPY

The complete CS team is trained to make sure they pay as little as possible, to pay nothing is always the target.

Neteller takes 2-5 days - who are they kidding????

They will probably pay more next week, but maybe just $250 and will tell the OP some other story.

I have read a gazillion of similar stories and they all ended badly for the player. Well, at least i cannot remember a single case where the player got all his/her winnings.

To the OP:
- keep talking to CS or ask for a managers email
- keep asking if you can withdraw more right away, tell them some story
- always be friendly & polite
- the more you bug them the more they will pay, but do it in a subtle way
- in the future play only at one of these casinos: Link Outdated / Removed

I tried to do a retrait for 1.000EUR and 500 was accepted and 500 declined.

Your T&C says the first VIP level is :

7.7.4 Les limites minimales de retrait, en fonction du niveau VIP du membre
vont :
7.7.4.1 Jusqu'à une limite maximale de retrait hebdomadaire de €1.000 pour
les membres VIP du niveau Bronze

so i dont understand why i can only retrait 500EUR.

- the response you got is very typical of a TG casino, nothing unusual. Just tell the player something and let him wonder as to what will happen next.
- keep mailing them asking for a possible higher payout limit
- ask them what exactly you need to do to got to VIP Silver or Gold level
- DO NOT LOSE YOUR WINNINGS

Okay I just don't get this. You came on and asked for advice on whether or not they will pay you and now you are saying you put someone elses neteller account in.

That's a sure fire way of receiving no money at all. Also wondering why they have asked you to enter your own neteller details. No casino I know will pay you out to neteller unless you have previously used it as a deposit method, or very rarely if they have no other way to pay you as theres a problem paying back to deposit method they might make an exception.

Somethings just not right about all this.
