My first experience with 32Red

After reading in here about 32Red i joined them 1 month ago.
I deposited a few times but didnt win anything.
Then a few days ago i managed to get some winnings & withdraw a sum.
Took a day to get the money to my moneybookers account, but was ok.

So far ive mamanged best at nordicbet, but thats just me.

"Gambling luck" is a strange thing... it comes & goes... i think its about playing on the right machine/game at the right time. :notworthy

Personally I think that anyone who deposits 50 quid and plays at 2 quid a spin with such a low balance deserves to bust out in 5 minutes. Less.
Play within your means Chris

Same here. I know 32Red have a great rating on this site and many players think highly of them, but you can only speak as you find.

Some months ago I joined up and deposited £50 and got a welcome bonus (can't remember what it was now) Anyway, I played the lot through on £2 or so bets and did not get one win, zero! I thought I'd call it a day then and moved on.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to give them another go given their great reputation and deposited £50. I played a new slot game for me (Alaskan Fishing) and whilst I had a few minor wins I was soon down to a balance of zero. I rang the customer service number and asked the operative to check my play history. He agreed it was poor and kindly agreed a 50% deposit bonus. I deposited £50 and played through £75 again without one win!

So whilst I do realise that you can have bad luck with any casino, I took the decision that enough was enough and asked to close my account to be told this was a management decision and could not be done for 3 days! Strange, but 3 days later my account was closed.

Chris

So your welcome bonus would have been £32 for every £10 deposited which if my maths is correct would total £210.

You then bet at £2 a spin?

Even when depositing £50 and taking a 100% bonus I still only spin at 30p/60p until I have built up a bit more of a balance.

I am not sure whether your switch in games has got to do with your poor RTP. Normally if you stick to a slot for long enough you normally get something back.

If this really had something to do with it the games shouldn't be random. If it's a random game you can switch game how many times you want and as often as you want and it should not affect RTP. This is of course if the TRTP is the same, and MGS videoslots have 95% TRTP all over i guess.

I agree. You need to allow for at least 150 spins before receiving a feature. Take you're deposit and divide it by 150 spins, then bet accordingly.

... No, I dont think the software is rigged but I Do believe the software remembers your RTP and will pay out based on that...
Sorry mate, but that sounds like a big contradiction to me!
Can you explain it a bit better?

Cheers,
KK

And your basicly saying you closed your Account because you lost 150. :eek2:

You need to come to my house on the holidays.

No I didn't close my account because I lost £150, I closed it because the RTP seemed way off compared to my experiences at other casinos. Maybe I should have stuck with it, but I just had a feeling, rightly or wrongly, that things were not going to improve. Thanks for the offer for the holidays btw :)

And I think I know the definition of gambling and what its all about as I've been gambling for 30+ years, mainly slots though to be fair. When it comes to on line gambling, also to be fair I am somewhat of a novice. Nevertheless, I've joined and bet with many casinos over the last 18 months with various highs and lows. I wouldn't say I was a particular high roller, but compared to many, perhaps, as I usually stake between £2.00 and £9.00 per bet, however the advice to bet small in the first instance is useful.
I don't expect to be hitting wins all the time, recently I bet over £1000 over 2 days on one particular slot without hitting a feature, but did get some small to medium wins.

As for 32Red, I'm sure they're a great casino, just not for me.

Chris

I'll share a secret with you all about how fair I believe 32Red is.
I just checked my deposits and cashouts so far this month.
I have done a lot of deposits even if the month has only been 2½ weeks yet. Don't know exactly how many but some days several.
If you check the Slotmeister I have made 147 000 spins :o

I have used bonuses when there have been any, but many deposits without. Bets from 18c to $1 Not so high betsize but a lot of playtime, which is the purpose of me playing.

So what have I lost/won so far? I have lost $2 :p

If that doesn't show you that this casino is fair I don't know what will. Probably nothing ;)

I got my balance up to about $17,000 and played it down to 15,000. Since then I havent made a SINGLE withdrawal from a MG casino. Ive only hit a couple of 100X bets and thats it. No, I dont think the software is rigged but I Do believe the software remembers your RTP and will pay out based on that. A slot machine or table game should NOT remember your lasty play session or how much you won, but I have a funny feeling it does.

Over the years here at casinomeister we have had some REALLY smart members who were BIG punters. There was one woman ( forget her name and alias) but she would ONLY play video poker and nothing less than $100 per hand. She would pretty much play everyday. Quite often she would hit a royal flush and get paid $20,000 PLUS on a good session for her but as soon as she did hit big a massive dry spell would come after this. She would try other casinos and they would all be dry aswell. She was convinced the software would remember her playtime.

This is so weird! I won a large amount at a RTG casino a little while ago. Since then I get nothing, I mean NOTHING, at any RTG I play at. Before that win, my play was normal, hitting some, not hitting some, playtime much much better. I play small bets, I deposit anywhere from $50-$100 and play anywhere between 20c-50c. (unless my balance goes higher than $100) I even asked about it in another thread, (I think I asked, after a big win can you win again right away, or something similar to that) and a long time member told me the slots were random and yes I could win again, even on next spin. I'm going by memory.

I know it's gambling, you win some, you lose some....But it is a weird feeling to deposit $50-$100 a few times a week and get no playtime or no wins.

I remember that person your talking about, she would post screen shots all the time.

To be honest i think the saying ''The casino is dry'' works both ways , Here is why

lets work on this ...If the payout of a online casino is 98% ,

If the casino opend today and took 100,000 Pound , The casino would be paying out 98,000 pounds.

If your a person playing at a casino where they do not have a lot of customers then your most probably not going to win.

For instance , Lets say all the casinomeister members are playing at 32 Red today and 32 red has just launched today.
If i was to win 20,000 pound on a slot 32 red will still pay out.. because they will recoop that within a hour because of the ammount of players that are playing. (More players lose than win)

The moral of the story is play at a ACCREDITED and POPULAR Casino.

They take more Money so obviasly theres more and bigger payouts

Software is not rigged

The jackpots are real and proof of this in the screen shot sections.

And once again you cant just expect to go to a casino with 150 quid and drop a jackpot. It does happen but....

Patients is a big key to online Slot gaming.

What I found most strange in you having those weird feelings is that you say it's happening no matter what RTG you are playing on. Not only the one you won all that money from.
That would mean that RTG as a Software provider have some buildt in system that can actually check your specific RTP all over the different casinos.
It's actually easier to understand why a newbie believes a specific casino is monitoring him and his play.

Same_old believes MG do the same.
If I believed that I wouldn't keep playing. That would mean that I thought they were not random at all.

What I do know from my own play is that when I have won a larger sum, I play a little different in the start, betting a little higher amounts thinking I can afford that. I soon wake up and realize that that kind of play is eating my money too fast;)

Yes, I know, it is strange that it happens at any RTG.

I have a VERY limited knowledge of the ins and outs of online casinos/rtp/etc...so for me it's just a weird/strange feeling.

My husband and I have a joke that I'm the unluckiest gambler ever. But I only play slots and a small bit VP. From what I have read from many players slots is the hardest one to get ahead on right? (unless I read that wrong, which happens, lol) Not including KK of course :D I wish I did as well as him.

But who knows my next deposit I may have a screenshot to share.

Once again, friendly support but I don't know what to do, I've never seen anything like it before and I've been playing MG for many many years.

Ruth: Hi, how can I help?
Me: Hi, could you please tell me my rtp for my last 3 sessions please? Thank you.
Me: I'd like to know my rtp for each individual session if possible
Ruth: ok, bear with me :)
Ruth: for the 22nd - 41%
Ruth: for the 18th - 60%
Ruth: for the 15th - 62%

Me: Thanks. That's absolutely horrible.
Me: for low betting
Ruth: and over all for those 3 days 60%
Ruth: It is lower than avarage yes,
Me: much lower hopefully
Ruth: Well for the games you are playing you would expect to get an average over time of around 95%, so you havn't been especially lucky so far :(
Ruth: And you are right in that your bets are not huge,
Me: minimum bets
Me: I get no play time at all
Ruth: let me see if i can do anything to compensate a little for you,
Ruth: unfortunately i cant promise the play will be any better but a little something cant do any harm :)
Me: thanks
Ruth: No problem :)
Ruth: Ill put 32 chips in your account for you, i hope they are a little more lucky for you :)
Me: thank you Ruth

Free chips didn't help (but were appreciated). On the 15th my starting balance was $260 and $75 each on the 2 other sessions. During my last session, I spent $75 betting $0.30 with a 41% RTP. Lasted 15 minutes.
