Hi everyone!

First time here, and hopefully not the last. Ive had some great reads but never really had an account before now.

Long story short, been gambling for a good 10 years now but stopped the last year cause the satisfaction wasnt really there anymore.

After trying to find a good Casino, doing my due diligence, reading reviews and scoping out the casinos I found LVbet.
I was reading alot of good reviews and some bad ones as always but I decided to give it a go.

Great variety of games which i was looking for, the site is actually quite nice to navigate through, some games where a little bit slow/laggy but not to the extent that it was unplayable.

On the 24th August im depositing my standard amount, which is $150, and this time im trying out their bonus, why not?
Im running through a good amount of slots, and im making sure im following the terms and agreements for the bonus, which is the min/max bet and so fourth.
Getting of to a really good start, im hitting bonus after bonus, no joke. Im feeling like Maradona in his prime when i see the balance go up, the balance was stable and was growing quick, i never was much down on any game.

4-5 hours in the balance is around $5000 and im now hitting a 1000x!! now the balance is around $9000, FINALLY I think I might actually complete the wagering.
The slots are now turning a bit cold after the big win. Im slowly getting down to $4500 and i can see the wager is complete and my bonusmoney is now successfully real money, which kinda made me happy but hey you now how this works - the easy part is done.

Now its time to cash out and see if LVbet is the real deal - could this possibly be the new casino for me? Lets find out..

I am now making a bank withdrawl to my account and its the 25/8.
The transations is now pending for 2 days and im now reciving a email from LVbet which im expecting at this point.

Im now asked to provide:
Picture of id/passport/driverlicens on both side.
Proof of adress
Proof of bank account
Prood of debit card which was initial depositing card.

As i already expected this i was ready with my documents and uploaded everything within 10 minutes.

Today 28/8 im reciving another email saying the follwing:
The driverlience photo is asked to be provided again due to bad quality? (Straight up BS, the picture is super clear, my face is shining like star and every single letter is CLEAR.

They also pointed out that the card had to be shown with the 6 first numbers and the 4 last. (i only did the first four and the last four... my bad.)
They did not approve of me taking a photo with the phone to show the bank statements, it had to be snipping tool.

But they did not engage with the proof of adress, why not? why only do the card, license and the bankstatments?
Im not sure I have to wait 72 hours each time they reject a document - if thats the case, thats bad....

I have as of now provided them with what they asked for - which i am happy to obey by.

Lets see how they handle this.

I will update you as we go forward.

First of all, I will just need you to send me a private message with your full name, surname and email address to identify your account.
After that I will assess what documents you have/haven't sent and advise accordingly. But yes, Driver license quality need to be crystal clear in order to ensure the player's legitimate identity, and bank statement wise, we do not accept screenshots made from your phone as this could have been "manipulated". Standard compliance procedure. In addition, please note our documents team is coping with an excessive amount of workload and we are trying our best to assess and verify player's account at the earliest convenience.

To verify your place of residence, the following documents will be accepted as proof of address (POA): utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) or bank statements issued within the last three months. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted.

I just recived even before talking to you that my account has been verified and i have made an withdrawl which is now pending.

So the account has been verified by LVbet, which i appreciate!

Yesterday i made the withdrawl and its now been pending for almost 24 Hours.

I have only been treated with kindness, transparency and professionalism, and i do feel they genuinly trying to help you out as much as they can, including speeding up the process or trying help out with whatever your concerns are.

My transaction has now been completed.

As of now i feel this is a Casino im willing to play at, and i will continue to play at LVBet for now.

A very veryyyy greddy casino.. 2years ago i lost 7500 euro. Asked for a bonus i got 25euro.. Friday last week i lost 7300euro in 2,5hours play.. Went to chat and ask for a bonus… 100euro with 35x wagger.. closed acount and will never play there anymore..
