My biggest pet peeve with online casinos

I wonder how legal this would be? - "Guaranteed way to make free cash 100% kosher, send £10 for details", details are - "Do what i`ve just done".

Reminds me of the old mail order scam - the "Guaranteed fly killer" - you send them $5 or whatever it was, when your package arrives it's two little blocks of wood, one has an X on it and there's a note that says, "Place fly on the X and then hit it with the other block of wood." That wasn't illegal because it definitely would work if you followed the directions. Quite funny really.

I sincerely think i would not even have gotten mad when i had ordered those, but instead laughed out loud ^^

Seriously??? I can think of several other things which would supercede this...

1)You take my deposit in a nanosecond, but I have to wait hours/days/weeks/months to receive my winnings (and this is AFTER the approval time)?

2)I got such a headache from just reading the General Terms and Conditions it scared me away from reading anything else (well, some forego this process entirely...I'm kind of weird and DID read ALL the T&Cs). My legalese just isn't what it should be and I'm afraid I might "harm" myself so I won't be playing at "insert casino name" due to all the legal mumbo jumbo.

3)I have a VALID complaint, but cannot get any response from the casino...

A place where people from all corners of the world congregate. Some form online friendships and *gasp* even call each other by their first name! This can INCLUDE the employees of online casinos, quite a few members here have developed "friendships" with casino employees and are on first name basis. It's just like any other business, you aren't on a first name basis with your favorite server at your favorite restaurant? Or bartender at your favorite bar/pub? Do you have a preferred mechanic you take your car to? How are any of these different???
