After reading many threads of this nature in the last couple of months, I can't quite bring myself to believe that I am now posting my own.

I have just received an email from Bet-At.eu informing me that my account with them has been closed.

They have alleged that during a recent check of my account "a connection has been drawn and proof has been acquired that shows clear signs of purposeful collusion with other users playing on the site." It also states that they will not enter into any dialogue with me directly about this decision.

I am left sitting here quite stunned and reeling from this email and allegation. Firstly, I do not know anyone in Real Life who gambles online at all, yet alone at this Casino. I also have no 'online friends' that I know who gamble online, or at this Casino. No one else has ever used my account, and I have never used my account at any other place than my home. So the basis for this "connection" and "proof" obtained is simply incorrect and unjust.

I had only been player at Bet-At.eu for around 3 weeks or so. I have made 3 or 4 deposits from my Skrill account and my bank card to Bet-At (the latest being last night) and have made 1 successful withdrawal, after getting my documents verified and KYC approved. When I played last night I also requested a withdrawal after winning a bit.

I am informed in the email that last nights win is forfeit and that any funds already paid to me will be reversed.

Again, I am deeply shocked and upset at this allegation and action taken by the Casino, and insulted to have been labelled a fraud. I know in my heart that this apparent "proof" showing "clear signs of purposeful collusion with other users playing on the site" is wholly false.

Is it worth me filing a PAB on this matter, or should I take it straight to the LGA?

Also is it wise to post the full email I received here? I have a mind to as some of the language used in it and insinuations made against my character are in my view disgraceful.

This is unwise, a casino doing a chargeback sets the wrong precedent to players who follow suit when they are aggrieved at a casino. Collusion itself is not fraud, it's a breach of the terms and conditions. It only becomes fraud when fake details are given in order to make the breach of terms more likely to go unnoticed.

A PAB will allow Max to see the proof they have and cast an independent eye over the evidence and make a recommendation to the casino.

Collusion could simply mean that they have evidence that you are part of some kind of "players club" along with other players, and playing as a member of a club, such as sharing information and playing under instructions agreed by the membership of said club, rather than on your own volition for entertainment.

What can be "killer" evidence is where players are suspected to be part of a club through the way they play, and then concrete evidence of them knowing each other at more than a casual level emerges.

If you have "no online friends", it seems to contradict their allegation, but few people who use the internet really have "no online friends".

From a previous case, it seems that Bet At will only take such action where they have concrete evidence, rather than "reason to suspect".

How do you reverse an already processed withdrawal?! Put a stop on check I understand, but how do you reverse other payouts?

Can casino reverse moneybookers payouts? If so I stop using moneybookers now.

Didn't Betfair take money back out of peoples accounts?

Yes they managed to reverse wire transfers, but I have never heard anyone else doing it. Normal is to contact bank and bank contacts customer and asks if they can pay the money back.

The proof you have acted together with another account is infallible. All case material will be submitted to max.

Also please don't discuss reversal of withdrawn funds as that is not exactly what happened. Please wait for the PAB resolution.

Frankly, that is just not possible. I do not know ANYONE else who plays at Bet-At.eu, or even who gambles on line at all.

I am infuriated, I am accused of 'Acting together with another account' and all I have ever played is slots, how can one collude with another? Ludicrous.

I did not say that withdrawn funds HAD been reversed, so please don't put words into my mouth. I said that the email stated that this was to happen, as you know.

I await a response from Max regarding this and will say no more.

Thanks.

Look for a thread between me and VWM on how collusion on slots is possible and very profitable.

I've given mathematical calculation of how to bring the multiple bonus awards to +EV

Guys, please for the sake of the player - let's wait for maxd's response. I'm putting together full case for them to review and will happily concede if they find our response inadequate, which i am 100% certain they will not.

Igor, can you please link to that thread? I assumed that collusion was only possible when playing table games and often wondered whenever I saw a slot player being accused of collusion.

EDIT: Sorry I don't want to derail this thread, just would like to read more. :)

Erm, the down side to being overly active lol - i was running 3 simultaneous threads with CWM at a point. No clue :eek2:

Try this, we went into it pretty heavily on there - so that might be it: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/id-checks-kyc-and-one-solution.57775/

PAB details submitted

We pre-emptively sent case findings to Max, which ironically just got a lot stronger with this user's post on here. I didn't connect something previously which became apparent now.

Unlike the BoF case ordeal, this case we can prove without reasonable doubt and that is why we acted accordingly. As I said, we only act on things we can prove, not just have a strong hunch on.

Sir, your account was closed 3 days ago. How did you manage to play last night and request a withdrawal?? your account info and time stamp was sent for review which show the date of closure and last account activity
