Trust me for every action there is a reaction.....and it's the reaction that myself and a few others who are highly curious to find certain individuals are hoping to accomplish with a lot of these things that seem non-related.

The Saga continues.....

The latest on the money that mummys gold owes me....well they sent a wire transfer to the checking acct on FRIDAY and told us, no guaranteed us the moeny would be there by WEDNESDAY which was TODAY.....After they took their time in getting back to all of the inquiries.....they tell us the wire transfer was not accepted!!!!!!!!!
And then had the nerve to tell us that it would BE EASIER FOR THEM if we would just get some "payparks or paysparks acct......"
Easier for them that takes the fricking bra off Dolly Parton......
So now they are going to send us another check by courier supposedly...some courier if it doesn't arrive until Saturday...Haven't these people heard of FEDERAL EXPRESS or DHL?????????
Now maybe you know why I feel a little insulted at the paltry 25.00 INCONVENIENCE BONUS............
They should have issued a "MUMMYS GOLD INCOMPETENCY BONUS" of a hell of a lot more.............FIRST AND WORST CASINO EVER in getting what is rightfully yours...
Now if we had give them this much trouble with GIVING THEM THEIR MONEY WHEN I SO READILY DEPOSITED MONEY INTO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT SO THEY COULD GRANT ME THE GOOD GRACES OF PLAYING THERE..........I'M SURE I WOULD HAVE BEEN FINED......I mean people get fined when they play around with other peoples money shouldn't casinos have the same policy apply????????

Federal Express does not fly overnight to every country in the world. Same with DHL.

I think you're asking a bit much. When they said courier, they meant FedEx or DHL or UPS or something similar, but they realize that these things can't be overnight from halfway around the world.

I don't think I'm the one asking a bit much, because last I knew Canada was not half way around the world. And when I lived in Iran we could DHL things within 24-48 hours.
One of the people I talked to was in South Africa, but the rep I've been dealing with is from Canada.
This has been a month over getting these funds, as I said if people were to screw with the casino's money or anyones money for that matter, there would be legal implications filed right away, I think the customer should have the same right.
There should be some policy that defines the obligation of the casino to it's customer pertaining to payouts, and I do think it should include a clause r/t REASONABLE TIME!

Ok obviously your amazing talk with the casino did not budge them since their reputation obviously does not matter to them....so now what?
OK now it's SATURDAY and even though couriers are supposed to be somewhat overnight I gave them the benefit of the doubt on Wednesday but 3 DAYS......and they promised it no later than Saturday...will anyone realize that this is more than a series of unfortunate incidents and look into this please. This is pure ridicule on the customers behalf for believing in this casino in the first place.................What can be done legally?????

Payments are processed out of South Africa. That *is* halfway around the world.

Also, I did not have any amazing talk with the casino - in fact, I didn't talk to them at all since you obviously already have. While I sympathize with your situation, in no way am I planning to place myself in the line of your fire.

I wasn't exactly replying to you....since the boss at Faircasinos told me that someone was handling for me HERE.
And they stated to me on the phone that the check was being processed out of CANADA! Which is not exactly half way around the world...but hey they've "Miscommunicated" i.e. LYING, to me before, so why should this be any different.

I lived in Iran for 5years and have a book coming out about my escape from a POW camp in Iran post 911.....Hopefully it will be out by sept 11th if my publisher and literary agent have anything to say about it.....but anyway...he bought the credits cuz it was sort of a payback on a private bet we had....don't want to bore you but the end story is without credit cards or checking accounts you can't gamble online....and if I were to get either, my ex IRANIAN husband Mohammad Foroozandeh, who is also secretary of defense for Iran, would come back to America and claim it, since when I escaped Iran we were not divorced and I was not granted a traditional Muslim divorce, only a legal one, so he technically could still have a claim to any assetts I might have.

Irrelevant... no American court (or one in any other non-Muslim country) will enforce the obscenely one-sided Sharia property laws, and no American bank will just give that guy money he says is his without an American court order. His words are just that... words.

Are you trying to say that a consumer who has spent quite a bit of a money at a casino and who finally wins one, should NOT BE UPSET?????
If my anger came in the form of being directed at you, I apologize, but I have every right to be upset.
While I realize that there are people out there who try to screw with people and forums such as this with psuedo-stories of casino corruption, this was not one of those times.
And it felt like I was being dealt the wrong cards....so to speak.
But had I been in your shoes and being the expert that everyone would expect you to be since your title is moderator of a very large casino type site....I would understand a customers lashing out and not take it seriously...but being in the professional position that you claim to be in, should not allow you to base your decisions to help a consumer out based on your personal subjective views. After all it is sucking common sense for people to get upset in business or org. such as this when they are going to a forum that they think can help them out especially after being referred here.

Lashing out is innate in humans and comes with everyday activities in life that hits home where it hurts....i.e. money, relationships...etal.
So I would think someone in your position would be able to look at this behavior objectively while still maintaining some type of professional tactfullness.
But then again what am I asking.....your human too

I agree totally, and it appears that mummys gold is not going to stand good on what they owe, but to contiuously keep us in the state that we are is ridiculous. They receive our email and reply that they are trying to understand why everything has not been done right and why our money is still not in our hands.
Then they leave for the week-end and tell me my money will be here by courier on Saturday.......this is about as much shiite as some of the ignorant emails I have received from people claiming to be from this site.
Are people really thattttt miserable in life that they have to spend all their time sending pathetic emails to people claiming that they are lying...I mean as an adult and a member of the human race, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT POSSIBLE PLEASURE or level of accomplishment this can do for them.

You have not yet received that money.

Until you do receive it, I would think it best that you keep things 100% civil.
